The property is well maintained and well equipped (we wanted to prepare milk rice for the offerings at Ruwanweliseya and the kitchen had all the necessary tools and equipment). It's at a very convenient location near Nuwara Wewa. The host and the owner were both very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for families or groups visiting Anuradhapura. It's real value for money.

The only minor drawback is noise from the main road

The property is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained, presenting a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Its actual standards and facilities far exceed the description on Booking.com, which could benefit from an update to accurately reflect the high quality of the property. It features two ensuite rooms along with an additional third bathroom with a shower, which is a fantastic bonus. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The caretaker was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

The Villa is conveniently located along the Chilaw-Anuradhapura-Trincomalee highway. It offers a serene setting, with Nuwara Wewa just a short walk across the road. The villa is only 6 km away from the Sri Maha Bodhi, making it an excellent base for exploring the area's historical sites. This cozy retreat features two comfortable bedrooms and three well-maintained bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by a charming garden teeming with birds, including an abundance of vibrant and noisy parrots. The dedicated caretaker ensures the property is impeccably clean and provides helpful assistance to guests, making your stay truly enjoyable.

The road traffic could be noisy during the day and early evening.

The property is recently renovated and well-equipped. It is located close to Nuwara Wava by the side of a main road. We enjoyed walking on the Wava bund early in the morning. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are modern and good.

We only had cold water in the shower. Told the caretaker and he obviously tried to fix it because the water started pulsing after we told him but it was still cold for our entire stay.

The caretaker was excellent. Always helping, always there when you needed him. Liked the location, the security and the privacy. Comfy beds and pillows.The host sent some useful links to us.

The road connecting Anuradhapura to Trincomalee is quite busy.

The bungalow is high quality, with an excellent kitchen, living room and sleeping room. It is surrounded by a nice lawn with garden furniture and a shady porch in front. The owner makes polite daily visits to inquire for satisfaction or wishes. He arranged a free bicycle to be able to do the groceries in New Town. Cleaning was spotless. We made frequent walks along the canals and rice fields behind and on top of the dyke of the huge reservoir in front. On one side of the property are a basic supermarket and small shops, on the other side are the sparse remains of an ancient monastery with moat. The historic city is a good walk East.

They do not provide any meal plans and no backup power source if their is any sudden power failure.

Located close to nuwara wewa and nearly 2.5km to Anuradhapura city center.They have provided all the equipments for kitchen. Relax and calm environment. Beds was comfortable. Spacious room including living area and kitchen. Highly recommended for families. Televisions are available including dialog TV and PEOTV connections.

King reach is located a few meters from a busy road so there was a lot of traffic particularly from buses and Tutus which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Please be aware there is a caretaker living on site. There were a few instances where my privacy was broken. Also, it should be noted that King Reach was located outside the major centre of Anuradhapura so it was difficult to buy food and other necessities.The villa was very clean and tidy apart from spotting an occasional cockroach. In my view the villa has some advantages but not worth the money.

One of the major attractions of king Reach is its close proximity to Nuwara Wewa otherwise known as Kandy Lake. It was lovely to have a morning walk and watch the bird life. The host was very responsive at all times.
