Small but cozy and clean room in a beautiful colonial house. The owner was super welcoming and prepared incredible and abundant srilankian breakfasts during our staying. Excellent position very close to the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi.

The location was in a lovely quiet part of town. About a 25 min walk from the bustle of Anuradhpura. Make sure you hire their bikes or a tuktuk to get to the Temple attractions, it's tiring otherwise as there's such a lot of temple! Breakfast was exceptionally good.

Excellent location in the quiet holy district, in walking distance from Bodi Tree. While the room is very small, it is still comfortable.

The hosts were very kind and met all our requests. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good and abundant. There is the possibility of washing your clothes. Definitely pick this place if you are into cycling. Ask the host for stories about his husband ;)

The room in the front of the house was a bit smaller than the other two. Give it to your friends that are not bothered by occasional insects roaming around (common in this part of the country). Still was very clean and we had a very nice stay. I can't recommend this place enough.

The location is good, close to the historical area We rented bikes directly from the very friendly owners, they were very helpful with every request we had. The rooms are clean, we had good AC, comfortable beds, and warm water. The breakfast was delicious (sri lankan style breakfast) and very filling, the portions were huge.

Cleanliness

If I take the distance to walk to Sri Maha Bodhi, there are other properties to choose from.

The place is a family driven guesthouse where it feels like home in Anuradhapura. The location is few miles near the Sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya and Ruwanweli seya to where you can go by foot. The owner lady is friendly and warmly welcoming of her guests. The rooms are super clean, calm surrounding with good ac leaded my stay so comfortable. I highly recommend this place and wish to stay there again.

Very convenient location. The bed was very big and the toilet was clean. For improvement they can consider to put a table outside the room for a kettle to boil hot water.

Super clean, amazing Sri Lankan breakfasts and really lovely owners. Get them to arrange a car tour of the sights for you, saves peddling in the heat.

The room is too small to accommodate two people comfortably. Additionally, the space is almost entirely occupied by the bed, leaving little to no room for movement.

The accommodation is near to the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. The rooms are cleaned, comfortable and smell good. Love the homemade breakfast. The host and his wife are friendly and hospitable. If you stay here, please bring some doggy food and disposable plate to feed the 3 puppies and 1 dog roaming outside... they r so lovely. 🤭

Location was by far the best in the entire city if your aim is to explore the holy sites. Less than 10 mins by foot from the Bodhi Tree which is the heart of all attractions. The most delicious Sri Lankan home cooked breakfast that we are still thinking about. Room was simple and clean but had all we needed. Hosts so kind and friendly.

Lovely, new and clean room with a large, king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom. Towels and complimentary bottled water included. Close to local attractions.

Note: it was hot, humid and stifling in the room because the airconditioner’s setting was locked to “fan” or a higher temperature. It was blowing hot air and we couldn’t sleep. We arrived late and checked out early the next day, so we couldn’t address it with the property.
