We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaThe only downside was the food. While it was reasonably priced, I felt that the variety could be improved, especially for guests who prefer Western cuisine. Having more options would make the dining experience even better.
I had a pleasant stay at Laya Beach over the weekend. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from my room was absolutely gorgeous—waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was a real highlight! The room was quite comfortable. A special mention to Kusum, the F&B manager, who was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. Her hospitality truly stood out and made the experience more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a breathtaking view

Sri LankaWe stayed at laya for a wedding next door, we were happy with the room however it was dangerous since there is a cupboard right in the doorway as you enter the room the lights were off and the bellboy left the luggage at the door and left. I walked into the cupboard and injured my head. Other than that it was a pleasant room , the food we ordered was tasty and the staff were polite and helpful.

IndiaThe staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home! The Chef even came to meet us on the last day and introduced himself to us! It was an overall great experience for our first time in Sri Lanka. The reception staff were also very prompt and accommodating to us! Would definitely go back.
