Recensione verificataLa ragazza della reception è stata super accogliente. L’albergo è un ottimo appoggio er visitare la città e si trova a 15 mm dal centro con tuk tuk. L’hotel ha Una piscina molto carina nel rooftop all’ultimo piano dove c’è una bella vista e dove abbiamo anche cenato. Ottimo e a buon prezzo il ristorante al piano terra accanto ala reception: buoni piatti dello shrilanka e ottimo masala tea! La colazione è servita al primo piano con vista sul mare , colazione di qualità e camerieri molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare le richieste. La spa carina, abbiamo fatto un massaggio auurvedico a un prezzo competitivo. L’hotel è molto confortevole e pulito. Ci siamo trovati bene! Lo consigliamo certamente.

Lo staff è gentilissimo, i ragazzi della reception Ayodhaya, Minura e Dilsha ci hanno fornito ogni genere di supporto sempre in maniera sorridente, educata e carina. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA per un massaggio meraviglioso! La colazione è buonissima, molto abbondante e per tutti i gusti! con un personale di sala davvero eccezionale! La camera dispone di tutti i confort ed è in una posizione meravigliosa davanti all'oceano!

Siamo arrivati alle 15 e fino alle 21 non ho avuto l’acqua corrente in camera. Ho chiamato 5 volte prima che qualcuno intervenisse. In 3 mi hanno dato 3 risposte diverse, addirittura una persona mi ha pure detto di aver risolto ed in realtà non ha mai funzionato, ho dovuto insistere finché non mi hanno cambiato stanza per poter finalmente fare una doccia.
