We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe had a wonderful stay and felt completely at home. The location offers easy access to the airport, and the surroundings are green and tranquil. Being inside a secure complex gave us great peace of mind. The accommodation itself was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Uncle and Aunty made our stay warm and welcoming with their kindness and hospitality. The food we ordered was of very high quality, and we truly enjoyed every meal during our stay. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience.

From the very beginning, communication was smooth and professional - even though the owner was not in the country, everything was perfectly organised. The hosts were absolutely amazing. They made me feel like I was staying at my own home - so caring, thoughtful, and kind, just like my own parents. Every little detail was handled with such care - from the delicious food to the spotless cleanliness and sanitary arrangements. The place was incredibly comfortable, clean, and peaceful. You can really tell that the people behind this space genuinely care about their guests' comfort and wellbeing. Highly recommended to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a truly heartwarming experience. I will definitely be coming back!
