We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsWe had such a wonderful stay! The owner is the best host you can wish for. First day we did get an aloe vera juice, the aloe vera was from his garden. The next day we get a fresh coconut drink and after that we could eat the coconut meat, very delicious! And he also prepared a delicious meal, which was a big surprise for us. We had a lovely evening, talking and eating. The villa is beautiful, with a large garden. All the birds and monkeys we saw, it was fantastic. It is located in a quiet area with lots of greenery. We loved that! The room is equipped with a/c and a fan, a huge bed and our own bathroom. The bathroom wasn't fully finished yet, but it's only the walls that need some attention, everything else is fully functioning. We didn't mind that at all. We really recommend to stay at this villa!

The breakfast was awesome with my favourite dishes and the place was calm and quiet. Very clean. I loved the place very much and extended the checkout.
