Great place with lovely hosts who arranged our pick up from the station and a tour with their driver with his tuk tuk for a day. Would highly recommend this place to stay in Sigiriya.

The traditionally oriented property was a great experience for entire family. The owner is very helpful! Thy organised a safari for us, which was one of vacations highly. The guid, Kemal, took time for us where and as we wanted. The children were able to play on property. There are also bicycles for rent to explore Sigiriya! We decided to take dinner at the property and did not regret it! Food is better as in restaurants!

It’s an amazing place with a very nice and kind family, which took into account all my wishes. If you are interested in visiting Sigiriya rock, this hotel is the most suitable location. While I was in Villa, I visited museum and safari, learned how to eat curry rice with my hands. Try the dishes in the hotel - they are delicious and large. If you want to go to safari, you can go with Kamal - he is a good driver and an attentive person. Highly recommend!

Such a nice place. A very friendly family that invites you with open arms and makes you feel at home. The food (breakfast and dinner) is homemade by grandma and is exceptional. It’s in a quieter area but still close to the sites and restaurants. Great place to relax. Will book again if I return to Sri Lanka

The beautiful setting - the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. The private cabanas make you feel like you have your own space. Sajith and his family were so warm, attentive, and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast there, and both were delicious. Sajith was also able to facilitate a late check-out for us and arrange our transfer to Negombo, which was so helpful. A five-minute drive to Lion Rock, meaning it’s convenient to get there for sunrise.

It was confusing where the location of the property actually was because there are different pins in booking.com and on google maps. The location on gold maps was the correct one but the distance didn’t affect much our plans of going up the Sigiriya rock.

It’s a beautiful place close to Sigiriya with comfortable balcony chairs. The owners were very friendly and provided us with all necessary information about the area.

We stayed in a cute treehouse with Fan. Banda run the place is extremely helpful, and we booked some tours and transport with them. The location is great, one minute walking to all kinds of cute restaurants. The breakfast was amazing. Overall, we had a nice stay and would definitely recommend.

Our favourite hotel from our stay in Sri Lanka. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were very welcoming and were always on hand throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the gardens. We had breakfast included, and also ate dinner at the hotel, and both were lovely. Great value for money in an ideal location, and would definitely stay again if we were to return to the area.

The hotel is in a good location with restaurants a short walk away. The pool is absolutely beautiful, the hotel itself is well kept and quiet. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were all extremely helpful and kind and helped us arrange Tuktuks. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place just Sigiriya. Everything was very good — clean, comfortable, and peaceful. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Also, the tree houses with a gorgeous view over the trees and of the lion and Pidurangala rock. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The Location is very Nice. Major attractions such as Pidurangala, Sigiriya, and the Village Tours are within 15-20 minutes walking distance. There are several amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and ATMs, within a 5-minute walk. Our host was extremely kind and provided us with a delicious Sri Lankan-style home-cooked breakfast and dinner on request. The room was nice had everything we needed.

Banda and His staff were very welcoming. Banda welcomed us with tea and biscuits, and shared about the area/his family's interesting history. He also organized a full-day Safari tour and transfer to Kandy for us, which went smoothly. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Garden and Location Beautiful

The rooms are smaller than it is written in booking. So there just fit a bed in it and we even had problems to fit our bag packs. Also there is no AC even it was written in booking (we ask the owner to correct that). The walls are quite thin so you hear everything not only the nice nature also the noisy doors from the bathrooms and neighbours. The nature around the houses was nice but be aware of a lot of frogs wich even come out of the toilet sometimes.

We slept a few nights in the „tree house“ it was an experience within the nature. The rooms have terraces. The owner was very nice and even drove us one day to Anurhadaphura.

We had dinner on arrival which despite being reasonably-priced was absolutely delicious and the portions very generous! There was hot water and the bed was really comfy, and there was a nice terrace with chairs and a table. There was also the air conditioning

We loved the staff and the balcony. They helped us also organizing all the complimentary services we needed (we suggest to book the safari with them), they organized also tuk tuk and taxis. We also suggest dinner and breakfast ! There was also the air conditioning
