There were only two sunbeds for the entire hotel. The space for them is extremely limited, but it would be worth exploring options to increase availability for guests.

The room was spacious with a fantastic view, and the staff were always happy to help with any requests. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Hikkaduwa and the surrounding areas. The pool sits right on the beach, creating a beautiful and relaxing setting.

Room wasn’t ready until closer to 5 PM even though check in was at 2. Room was wet and had hair all through the space. Minimal area around the pool to relax, hardly any day beds. Asked for the room not to be cleaned and even told the cleaners once leaving for the day, came back and they had entered the room and touched personal belongings.

The property was waterfront and had a pool which was fantastic.

There is room for improvement. Also they are currently undergoing renovations and hopefully once it's back during the season things would be different. There is nothing negative about the hotel.

The location is everything. I loved the fact that everything is nearby be it restaurant, beach shopping. The staffs are amazing full of kindness.

they brought us sliced bread with fungus but later on when we noticed they changed it however we never went back to eat in the same restaurant again, hotel also needs a bit of renovation coz the bed sheets were torn, the towels are old

Checkin was delayed which was frustrating as I had activities booked. There could be a few more sun loungers at the beach too.

A few more simply gets on the beach would have been nice as they filled up very quickly and people stayed all day. A few hawkers hung around the pool area a bit too long. Perhaps they could be moved on. The balcony door was very stiff, it was hard to open and close. Towels are in need of a change.

Fantastic location right on the beach. It was lovely to wake up and look straight out to the ocean. Our large balcony faced the beach and was a lovely place to sit and chill after a busy day and watch the sunset. The pool, although small, was a nice place for our children to swim as the waves were too rough in the sea.

Some of the loungers are a little broken (you can’t sit them up) and it would have been helpful if there were a few more. Otherwise everything has been perfect!

Really comfy bed, waterfall shower, balcony overlooking the ocean, kettle and fridge, nice big pool and loungers/umbrellas on the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful too!

A hidden gem! The best place if you are looking for a hotel to enjoy the beautiful Hikkaduwa beach. The pool right next to the beach is great! Rooms are good, worth for the money you pay! Food is also nice. Staff were helpful.

We stayed for a few nights after travelling around Sri Lanka. We were originally put in a room which faced the central walkway - so everyone could and did look straight into the bedroom. We complained and wanted to move, and fortunately a beachside view was available. It was great to be moved, but if we didn’t have that option, we would have moved hotel. But beachside was lovely, the staff very helpful and it capped off the holiday.

Very nice hotel, excellent price (although we got a late deal as we booked same day). Nice breakfast - although it was a fixed price buffet with no option to choose a la carte, so a little more than we wanted to eat /pay for.

Price is too high for such bad rooms. First day it was even dirty, old furniture and price after I booked was twice cheaper than I did booked. Photos are better than reality

The doors don't automatically lock - this seems to be normal for Sri Lanka but felt odd to me. Breakfast was not good. Staff in the restaurant were unfriendly.

We got a sea-view room upgrade which was amazing! Our room was lovely and couldn't fault it at all. The lady on the front desk went above and beyond.

Expected to find hoppers on the local menu, and more variety in fruits for breakfast. However, preparations were very tasty, and we were able to get egg-white omelettes exactly as we wanted.

Excellent location, very welcoming staff. Lots of shops, restaurants and other eateries nearby. Clean beach and crystal clear waters.
