Welcome drinks on arrival were lovely. Second floor room with sea view balcony was excellent. Room was spacious and well decorated. Well protected from rain storms. Hotel organised airport taxi for 20,000lkr, punctual and reliable

Bathroom smelt a little musty. Food was expensive for quality as were the drinks.

Great location, affordable and comfortable. The pool looking out to the ocean is stunning.

Just some little things, like the door locks being a bit difficult, and no fan (air con good though)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great location and a really cool atmosphere, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The room was well equipped and we enjoyed the overall vibe of the place.

The room was a bit small, but it didn’t really bother us.

The room was spacious with a fantastic view, and the staff were always happy to help with any requests. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Hikkaduwa and the surrounding areas. The pool sits right on the beach, creating a beautiful and relaxing setting.

There were only two sunbeds for the entire hotel. The space for them is extremely limited, but it would be worth exploring options to increase availability for guests.

Tv not working properly and Wify very slow

It was very nice location. In front of the beach. comfortable room with enough space for the family.

Can’t be satisfied with the customer service, room was not fully arranged, and difficult to get the service from the staff.

The property was waterfront and had a pool which was fantastic.

Room wasn’t ready until closer to 5 PM even though check in was at 2. Room was wet and had hair all through the space. Minimal area around the pool to relax, hardly any day beds. Asked for the room not to be cleaned and even told the cleaners once leaving for the day, came back and they had entered the room and touched personal belongings.

Loved the food

The location is everything. I loved the fact that everything is nearby be it restaurant, beach shopping. The staffs are amazing full of kindness.

There is room for improvement. Also they are currently undergoing renovations and hopefully once it's back during the season things would be different. There is nothing negative about the hotel.

they brought us sliced bread with fungus but later on when we noticed they changed it however we never went back to eat in the same restaurant again, hotel also needs a bit of renovation coz the bed sheets were torn, the towels are old

The location was great

The triple room had air conditioning issues and they had to change the room. Food was basic. Television had only one - two local channels. Parking was a bit tight.

The place is ok, fantastic sea views.The staff are very accommodating.

The foods not too great.

Really modern property. Nice bar, swimming pool, and private beach area.

Checkin was delayed which was frustrating as I had activities booked. There could be a few more sun loungers at the beach too.

We stayed here on 11th July for one night. We are here as part of a volunteering scheme as student midwives and thought we’d make the most of our weekend off by booking a night at Neevana. We definitely made the right choice. Upon arrival we were greeted with lovely staff dressed in traditional stunning Sri Lankan clothing and were offered a fresh juice whilst waiting for our room to be ready. We did turn up early but spent some time in the bar with magnificent pool and sea views. When our room was ready we were escorted upstairs and we were taken aback by the absolute gorgeous room and view. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely little private balcony with seating so we could enjoy the sunset. We ate out elsewhere but the morning after we had breakfast as part of our stay and it was magnificent. There were lots of traditional Sri Lankan dishes available but also the rest such as bacon, sauces, gorgeous brioche buns and cheese with lots of fruit. We were then offered freshly cooked omelettes to our liking and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Check out was 11.30am but we had some exploring to do, so they kindly said we could leave our bags behind reception until we were ready to leave the area. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and would 100% recommend. Gorgeous staff and gorgeous hotel made for a gorgeous stay thank you xx

Other than that, the ocean was beautiful, but the beach was made up of stones. Although it was stated on Booking that there would be a 5% discount at the restaurant, no discount was applied to the meal we had there. A family of lizards was living in the bathroom. And the worst part was that they started using a drill at 8:30 in the morning, waking us up. That was really unpleasant. I usually give hotels a score of 9 or 10, but for this one, I can only give 5 or 6 at most.
