Friendly host, comfortable bed, clean and spacious room Great location across the street from the beach

Room was clean, Air con and fan to stay cool. Room was clean m, bed comfortable . Breakfast was beautiful. Our host Vinusha was d SS o helpful. always with a smile. Highly recommend.

The room was great. Clean and light with a terrace out the front. 15 minutes easy walk into the fort. The host family are very accommodating. The breakfast was good and I recommend having dinner there.

We booked on booking 2 nights but left after about 1,5 day. Ofcourse paid for 2 nights and it is ok for us. We left beacuae we did not like Galle. We signed into guest book. We do not know why, but after we left the owner matched on booking that we did not check in at all 😅😅 Not nice. He did not also respond for our messages about dirty bed etc. Like I said - it was ok for us to pay all amount, we got into the second day. But if You matched we did not come than maybe send us back theese money? Thanks for team booking for enable to leave a comment.

One of the best properties we stayed at during our entire trip. The host family was super friendly, gave us welcome drinks upon arrival. Our rooms were beautiful and very clean. It's a short distance from the Galle fort and we could easily get tuktuks to get around. We had the entire upper floor to ourselves, so it was convenient to relax in the common area while it rained outside. We were able to order food online, and the hosts gave us plates and cutlery for the same. On our last evening, they even invited us for a feast they were hosting for friends and family, and insisted we joined - it was a great introduction to the local culture and a very memorable stay for us.

Beautifully presented villa with a large room, comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. The owners were attentive and kind, very smiley. 20 minute walk to the fort or easy to get a tuk tuk. Nice and peaceful away from the city if you don't mind trekking in for the sightseeing. Easy accces to the train and bus station. I stayed an extra 2 nights. The fort is definitely worth a couple of days exploring and Unawatuna beach is just 20 minutes tuk tuk ride. Use pickme to avoid high costs in street tuk tuks.

It is not beachfront as mentioned in the description - you have to cross a busy road to reach the sea.

One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in during our time in Sri Lanka. The rooms are modern and immaculately presented. The bathroom is also very nice and the best we’ve come across. The air conditioning works great, owners are friendly. Would gladly stay here again.

The property is about a 5 min drive from Galle Fort, we had a driver so this was not an issue for us. There aren’t many eateries within walking distance, but the property offers dining on site. The bathroom in 1 of our 3 rooms had a shared skylight with the next room, which meant sound travelled between the bathrooms. This is a little odd but did not bother us.

Neo Grand Villa is just your 2nd home 🏠. Best in hospitality,very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms , Owners are very sweet and Kind . Prompt Service 👍 This place is very close to Galle center .I will highly recommend Cheers 🥂

It is a good place to stay. I strongly recommend this place for all tourists. You can enjoy nice facility, kind staffs, good location and tradtional breakfast. I hope more tourists visit this place.

The property is located in a quieter part of Galle. You can choose to walk 30 minutes to the Galle fort area or grab a tuktuk. We did both and didn’t mind the walk! The owner is very friendly and his wife brought out a welcome drink and let us decompress. Our room and bathroom were clean and the AC works very well. We were able to eat at the restaurant at the hotel and were very happy with our food! This is a great place to book at

We had a beautiful stay at this place. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The host welcomed us with great warmth and treated us to a delicious chilled drink, which was exactly what we needed after a long journey. It’s located on a quiet side street, not far from the tram stop. The WiFi was the best we’ve had so far in Sri Lanka, and we’ve stayed in four different places. There are great restaurants nearby. The price is very low for this gem. We highly recommend it!

Amazing villa with a very good room and we liked that there was a mosquito net. The bathroom was very nice and clean. It was very easy to check in and out and the hosts were waiting for us when we arrived.
