The lack of communication about price. Someone took our food out of the communal fridge.

We liked the comfortable room with the air con. There was a lovely outdoor seating area.

There was no drinking water provided, and basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and body wash were missing. The property is located on the upper floor of a house, with the landlord living downstairs. Unfortunately, the landlord was not friendly — he even shouted at us once, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Due to these issues, I ended up leaving after just one night, even though I had booked for two.

The room was clean and matched the photos. It was comfortable for a short stay, and the host was responsive and helpful when contacted, even though they weren’t physically present.

Room was dirty especially the bathroom. Note other reviews don’t state this so was unexpected and may be a one off. We raised it with the owner who said he will look into it and speak to the person who cleans it so hopefully gets rectified.

Bed sheets and towels were missing from the apartment. The bed mattress and bathroom was unfortunately quite dirty which wasn’t very pleasant.

Definitely we’re not prepared for my arrival as the bathroom was very unclean, I didn’t see a member of staff until the morning when she took my payment and then disappeared with my change. Didn’t feel safe at all and I understand that I was the only guest but if they couldn’t prepare the place ready for my arrival they should’ve been honest. The bed had bugs all in it and the sinks were filled with dirt. I understand that this was a cheap however it’s not maintained at all!
