United Arab EmiratesWe have given a room and as we entered we found shower was broken , water logging and there was no hot water plus washroom door once locked not able to open however we inform them immediately and they changed our room but i am surprised that when they are aware about these things why they give that room to guests without fixing things. Outside area was a bit dead.
Rooms were very big as we book for 3 adults, nice view, big washroom and staff was very friendly.

AustraliaThe only drawback of the hotel was the distance from the city centre, which made it inconvenient to access some attractions and shops. However, this also meant that the hotel was away from the hustle and noise of the city centre, which was good for relaxation and peace.
I stayed at Oak Ray Regency hotel for three nights and I was very impressed by the quality of service and facilities. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, with nice interior decor and amenities. The hotel had ample carpark space and a good restaurant that served excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I would recommend Oak Ray Regency hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in Kandy.
