Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIt was about 20-25mins from town centre and the nearest mall with the choice of food being around being a bit limited. But with Uber and PickMe this wasn’t a big problem
The room was excellent. With the decor making it feel very homely. The staff were also excellent, in particular Santhush who was responsible for providing room cleaning and service.

ThailandThe quality of food seems to have gone down in recent times. I wasn’t that impressed with the standard of breakfast - would have liked more Sri Lankan foots options.
The location is what I like best about this hotel. With the sea view and railway track, it really is my favorite spot to stay in Colombo. And the amazing sunsets at the rooftop bar is the perfect evening activity.

The hotel has a funky rooftop pool and bar area. Great views of the coastline and city skyline. Rooms were clean and modern bathroom. Had a sea facing room so enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean. Very good selection at buffet breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the ocean view was lovely and as we had requested.
