I stayed in the family villa. It should be renovated. Better you guys keep a television there. Bcoz it is a family villa. There is no restaurant in this hotel. Anyway, we can order and get delivered via Uber eats.

Property is good value for money. Host "Prasanna" is a nice guy with his best hospitality. Air condition is working very well. I preferred as linen bed sheets and pillow covers were available. Towels and blankets were provided on request. But, you should put towel rack in each room of the villa. We got only one towel rack for whole villa. Anyway, host apologized me and said anther towel rack could be provided if we requested. Recommend for anyone who are willing to stay at a reasonable price.

The only downside was that there is still some construction going on, so at times it felt like the place isn’t fully complete yet. However, it looks like they are expanding, and I believe it will be even better once the building work is finished.

We stayed at this cottage for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was decent and came with a big bathroom, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sabeshan and Suren, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged transport for us with a reliable driver who charged a fair price and drove safely. They also helped us order food and even provided a clothes dryer so we could dry our laundry outside. This is a great place for budget travelers, and I would definitely recommend it!

The room had no window. The bed was to short and was creaking.

The rooms were very tight, you had to take turns opening suitcases. However, it is practical for somebody just coming to sleep and being outside during the day.

The location was a little distant from the main city but the staff, the fairly clean facilities, and the amazing customer service from the brothers working there made everything great. I also liked how there was hot water and when the hot water stopped, the brother there came and fixed it for us immediately.

The bed was very uncomfortable - it's a piece of wood with a very thin mattress on top. The window has been taped up with black tape so now no natural daylight comes into the room (see picture).

The staff are friendly, it's in a very quiet location, and there is a beautiful sociable cat living there who just had kittens 2 days before I arrived.

The bathroom door can't be locked, had a hassle with the kids, there were lot of cats around. Breakfast we were served was not the best.

Hotel room and bathroom were really clean and a great size too. Clean towels and water bottles were provided in the room. Cute garden with fairy lights in the night creates a really nice atmosphere! Host was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Jaffna.

Super clean, and kind of cute outside. We met nice next door neighbors and could chat on the table front the room. The staff was so smiling, kind and helpful. They gave us indications to buy beers and even offered to send a Tuktuk for us.

The breakfast offered was not fresh.

The rooms were properly equipped and functional, with a nice touch of decoration. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had hot water. The staff provided a nice and helpful service. The area was really quiet. A few insects here and there but you would expect that in such an environment.
