This is our all time highlight of staying in Sri Lanka. Super friendly host family, lovely local breakfast options. Can highly recommend when travelling with children. A short distance from the beach, with a lovely garden and shaded options for avoiding the mid-day heat.

Quiet place for relaxing. Garden and rooms are great, just enough and value for money.

This was such a lovely stop on a very busy holiday. This family run establishment is certainly more comfortable and hospitable than some of the hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Sure, it is not on the beach but the short walk (less than 200m) will get you on the most beautiful beach but the bonus is the welcoming swimming pool on the property gardens. The breakfast is on the beach

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (they have massage shower panel ), and high quality service. I had breakfast on the beach and it was fantastic. They are also one of the few hotels that offer a nanny service for a small fee and Mr De Silva also arranged a trip for me so I felt safe with them. Highly recommended.

No hospitality at all, and zero kindness, poor services, the owner is very rude and look always suspicious without any reason. The receptionist is totally useless.

Very nice place, unfortunately the receptionist and the owner of the place are not at all up to the standard of this hotel. As a stay organizer, out of 3 rooms, only 2 had a fridge, outside masseur prohibited in the rooms (professional masseurs that I have known for 5 years), no hot water for 2 days out of a 3-day stay, feeling of being watched and spied on all day by the owner of the place who rather than managing a hotel should retrain as a prison guard). What can I say about the very basic breakfast, the first day no sausages with the eggs, the receptionist apologizes and tells me that the next day there will be some, the next day no sausages, I question him and tell me that he forgot, and finally on the 3rd and last day we were able to have 2 sausages per person for breakfast like everywhere else in Sri Lanka. Also very surprised to have to adapt to their breakfast schedule because being in Sri Lanka for professional reasons I ask for an 8am breakfast and they tell me that 8:30am is better. No tea and coffee in the 3 rooms reserved, only sugar was present with the kettle. One of the air conditioners leaked in one of the suitcases of one of the travelers who was in my group. In short, first and last time in this place which should be run by professionals and not by amateurs looking for the slightest savings at the expense of customers. Oh I forgot, at 45€ per night with breakfast it is not justified. On the other hand, the place is very beautiful. Stay ruined by 2 incompetent and unprofessional people and not at all hospitable. Zero hospitality, please avoid this place as you can find much better hospitality in Sri Lanka with a better price, and nice services. in our case we 4, never felt it at all.
