We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sri Lanka- hotel is fair, rooms are little smaller. - their restaurant is closing at 9 pm which is annoying, - pool is somewhat old not maintained properly - also for credit card payments they are charging 3% which is completely unacceptable

Sri LankaLocation is a bit far from the Jaffna city. No close-by places to visit and restaurants to try. The hotel does not have an elevator, the rooms and dining area is only accessible by the stairs.
The staff is welcoming and attended to all our needs. Specially the room service staff and the receptionist/manager. The place is very quiet and has a nice pool area. The security guard is always on alert.
