The view was amazing.

No one mentioned the fact that this property has 107 steps to climb to get to the property. People should be made known that there is no other way to get to the property without doing those stairs and if u are older or has a disability you will get stranded when u get there

The view was amazing, and the breakfast was very nice. The homestay owner even helped us with our luggage.

The trail to the homestay was a little bit difficult because the steep slope.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful homestay in Ella, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enriching experiences of my travels. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality from the host family. The homestay itself is nestled in the lush hills of Ella, providing stunning views that make you feel truly connected to nature. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, reflecting the local culture. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the delicious home-cooked meals prepared by the family. Each dish was a delightful experience, featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. They were more than happy to share recipes and stories about their culinary traditions, which added a personal touch to my dining experience. The family was incredibly welcoming and eager to share their knowledge about Ella and its surroundings. They organized a guided tour for me to explore the nearby tea plantations and waterfalls, which made my trip even more memorable. Their insights into local customs and traditions enriched my understanding of the culture. Overall, my stay at this homestay in Ella was exceptional. It offered the perfect blend of comfort, culture, and hospitality. I left feeling like I was part of the family and with memories that I will cherish forever. I highly recommend this homestay.

The view of this hotel is epic! The staff are super friendly and helpful. My friend was sick on the check-in day, and even we arrived late, the host still made some simple food for her so that at least she got something to eat at night. Always with nice smile, and gave us lots of information during the stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were helpful given the steep steps up to the hotel. The room was basic but clean and comfortable amenities. Fan only no fridge but nice breakfast in the morning and lovely views!

Excellent view-lots if steps up but they can also drive you around to less steps and will help with luggage-view is worth it! Great breakfast Close enough to town (5-10 minute drive)but you do need transport-either own car or taxi/uber Nice bathroom and 2 double beds for our 3 people Great value-area can be a bit pricey

Probably the climb to the stairs however this was also kind of an adventure for us and a good way to burn some excess calories

The view was truly stunning and the breakfast was very nice. The room was basic but it was fine, it has no Ac but a ventilator which was okay for us. The staff was friendly although it was a bit hard to communicate.

In order to get there you have to walk a very steep hill with a lot of stairs. It gets really exhausting and when you plan to stay in Ella for just a few days to explore I wouldnt recommend it because you either have to climb that hill multiple times or have to find a tuk tuk every time you want to go back.
