Bentota itself, I'm not sure you would want to remain for longer than a night or two.

My room was incredibly comfortable with excellent AC. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was big. It was a very relaxing stop-off to further south

Everything was excellent! One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka. Location was perfect, food was great, and the room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. Having a fridge and kettle in the room was convenient too.

Our fridge did Not work and we had Problems with the AC in one Room (we booked two rooms). The Railway is only a few meters from. The hotel, so you can hear the train

The rooms are nice and spacious with AC. The property has a good restaurant and is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The WIFI is decent, managed to make a couple work video calls with no issue; The breakfast is decent. and the property accepts card payments.

I have no complaints.

I loved staying at Esprit. It's a great location, very close to the beach; you can even hear the sea when it is quiet at night. The balcony, which is a good size, has a lovely view of the trees, which is great for bird and squirrel watching if you're a nature lover like me. The restaurant downstairs serves great food and cocktails and all the staff are very helpful, especially the manager Suresh and his senior member of staff Asala, who both went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

WiFi was hit and miss but we had data so didn't have to rely on it.

The accommodation was great, with a good sized room and balcony to sit out on. The staff members were very friendly and always ready with a smile. The breakfast was reasonable with egg, toast and fruit and an extra different dish each morning. Enough to keep you going. We also liked the location as it was a quick and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our three nights here.

We had a wonderful stay at Esprit Bentota! The rooms were the best we stayed in during our time in Sri Lanka—spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Everything felt quite new, with excellent air conditioning and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel’s location is also great, just about 200 meters from the beach. What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. They were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Air conditioning can be improved. The room didn’t cool much even post having the ac on. Did highlight it to hotel staff, but they didn’t seem to have a fix.
