It is a familiy driven place and all are very sweet. Though it is not all of them who speeks english.

Location was perfect! Close to the bars and restaurants and close to the train station. A small room withoyt AC, but it was like the pictures.

Great location near the train station and the Main Street in Ella. Very clean. There’s no aircon but that’s not a problem as it’s not that warm in Ella at night and the fan they have in the room does a good job at cooling you down.

Quite a cute and nice stay. We really liked the host's proactiveness in terms of welcoming us with Tea and trying to stay ahead in case we needed help with finding directions or parking. The fact that it's very near to the railway station is a added bonus. Good vfm overall.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

This is, without a doubt, the best place to stay in Ella. The owners and their daughter treated me like a family member. They were incredibly supportive when I was bitten by a snake and needed to go to the hospital. They came to the hospital without any hesitation, and as soon as I told them I was in the hospital. They stayed with me in the hospital for nearly 6 hours, also sorting out transport back to the hotel as it was late (around 1am). I should also add that this was all during their public holiday (New Year), and the hospital was around a 40-minute drive away. They supported me like they would be a family member, which was incredibly kind and appreciated as I was travelling on my own. Throughout my stay, they have gone above and beyond in making sure that I feel like at home. They were always available and happy to help with anything. In addition to the owners and their daughter being amazing hosts and the kindest people I have met, the location is perfect (just a short walk to the main road with great restaurants and shops), the bed is super comfortable, and the room feels very homely. I honestly can not recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be back one day.

There is everything what is needed for stay - hot water, fridge, fan, wifi, parking. Friendly owners. Good wifi in room. Good location - 2mins from main street, but you do not hear all the beeps. They can prepare home made breakfast for good price.

No sufficient hot water shower. the small portable geyser don't give hot water. just 1 minute hot and remaining cold shower. being hill station there should be good hot showers

Stayed here after the train ride from Kandy to Ella, one minute walk and two minutes to the center. A perfect, clean room, with everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable with a cute musquitonet. They also have laundry service. The host is very nice and welcomed us with a welcome drink and snacks. Highly recommended!

Door of the fence to go in the property didn't have proper stairs from the road.

Room was ready when we arrived at 2pm and the owner was waiting for us. Location was perfect at 5' walking from railway station. Although we didn't have breakfast included owner provided us coffee, tea and sugar.

Clean and comfortable room, good bathroom, good location, reasonable price. The owner was friendly. He helped me find a luxury AC bus to Colombo and booked a seat on it for me, which I would never be able to find. He even accompanied me to the bus stop, waited with me, and helped me find the bus and get on it. Finding the bus would also probably not be possible for me.

The street light outside our room shone through all night as there were no curtains on this door.

Great location up a quiet street just off the main road so 2 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Also a 3 minute walk to the train station which was really handy at 5am! The owner was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and it was a great price!

Everything is great!

Everything is great! We haven't been long, just a couple of days, so that's enough. Usually people go to Ella for a couple of days. Therefore, if you are not staying for long, then this is the perfect place.
