After staying for 11 days they don’t allow an extra couple of hours to remain I. Your room as my flight was late in the evening I had to sit in their lobby for 3 hrs. They done have elevator so people with stairs problem had to suffer a lot . You have to eat same breakfast everyday. There is no restaurant so you have to order from outside each time you want to eat .

No lift. Can be a bit noisy with early morning traffic if you're a light sleeper.I suggest taking a room away from the front road. Unfortunately, in my room the Wi-Fi was not strong & difficulty in connecting. Faulty kettle.

Staff friendly. Local shopxs restaurants nearby Manager very knowledgeable & helpful. Nice big room, big bed very comfortable. Lovely towels & bed linen etc.

No utensils are available in the room. We have to ask from ground floor. Forget to give us a blanket and body wash. Then, they give us a dirty blanket, and after some argument they give us a clean blanket. Night time reception person has little idea, if you face any issue. Only english breakfast option is available.

It's a home stay. Room is spacious, well cleaned with small kitchen facility (only microwave and kettle). Very spacious bathroom. Day time reception service is good. Overall, stay was pleasant.

The room was amazing, with good quality woods and materials used. Staff are very helpful. Location was good - a convenient tuktuk ride to town, but it would’ve been better if there was a mart nearby.

The room is stayed in was great for a short stay. I would have preferred a room with a bit bigger bathroom but it worked.

The location was very good. I only stayed for few hours but i enjoyed it. Due to my plan i had to check out a bit late but the generous host Mr. Mendis did not fuss at all. I must mention the friendliness and support he demonstrated.

Elevator not working. The protection in the balcony was broken.

The room was nice and had what we needed for two nights. The staff also arranged before arrival the airport shuttle for 30 dollars. The bathroom had the necessary toiletries.

the sliding door that opens to the verandah on the first floor room was jammed and it was difficult to open.

In the shower you had to stand very close to the wall but the pressure was ok.

The bed was comfortable and there were cafes close by. It was easy to get a cab to explore the city from here.

Room is advertised as with a balcony but very large tree right in front of it means sitting out wasn’t worth it. But other than that, room was good.

Great size room and well equipped. Staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was good and big portions. Short tuktuk to the train station and Colombo fort.

Offers great value with amenities that fulfill expectations. Great staff situated in a convenient location near all essentials. Stayed my first night when arriving in Colombo.

Sadly the fitness room wasn't useable. I didn't find the location super convenient.

The bathroom in particular was really nice, the balcony was perfect for two and and AC worked very well. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very tasty.
