Everything was great. Stayed at the hotel twice and I really enjoyed my time there. The pillows were really nice, it always seems so difficult to find the perfect pillow but they had really good ones.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, they had fresh fruit (best papaya I've ever had). I stayed for a night first at the beginning of my trip, then two more nights at the end of my trip. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both amazing and super spacious. I loved the showers, they had very good flow and were quite spacious as well. The balcony was also super cute.

The internet is a bit slow, so I wouldn't recommend scheduling meetings or working from there.

Waiting for an early check in that was promised and never materialized . At the normal check in time , we received a message that the room was ready but we had already found other accommodation

The hotel accommodated my late arrival. Clean room and bathroom; comfortable room and bed; good A/C; balcony area. The staff was very help, courteous, and attentive. Good, healthy breakfast. Very kind host; provided food outside regular hours when they found I was unwell. Central location - close to shops, launderette, dining locations.

The price and facilities were reasonable upon initially booking

I don't believe this can be considered a 4 star hotel for the services provided and also there was noise from other rooms which did not make the stay pleasant. Expected total privacy for the price and facilities but this does not live up to the expectations unfortunately. At the end of the day as a customer you pay for a service and if this is not given or not to the basic standard of what a hotel should entail it is not good enough...

The Room floor is in two different heights and similarly bath room floor is almost 1 feet above from Room Floor level. So unfit for old , Children and eye sight issue people. Everyday is same breakfast . Papaya, Pineapple, Bread with Jam and Butter, Coffee, Orange Juice . The Manager who handle the Property in the morning with the Break fast is not customer friendly. It is just like a Guest House and Not like an Hotel. No parking facility. The hotel Entrance door will be closed after 11 am to 6 pm.

Stay was good; we had stayed only for 2 days since we were to visit other parts of Sri Lanka. Our special thanks to Chithru, who was very very helpful with all information even before we came to Sri Lanka. Very kind and polite person and was always ready to help in addition to suggesting what will work out best for our trip. We planed to visit Kandy as our next stop but he suggested we cancel since it’s super crowded at that time and it turned out that he saved us from trouble cause when we reached Ella, we had a guest telling another guest about the hassle and chaos they had to go through in Kandy and even had to overstay a night since they couldn’t get train tickets. Besides this, even after we checked out, I was still in touch with him to advise us what is a better option and he was ever ready to help with anything so we are really grateful to him for suggesting us and helping us in the best way he could

After staying for 11 days they don’t allow an extra couple of hours to remain I. Your room as my flight was late in the evening I had to sit in their lobby for 3 hrs. They done have elevator so people with stairs problem had to suffer a lot . You have to eat same breakfast everyday. There is no restaurant so you have to order from outside each time you want to eat .

Great stay for one night in Colombo The bed was really comfortable. Clean , fresh sheets used. Light and good breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Better / brighter lighting can be used in the bathroom.

Staff friendly. Local shopxs restaurants nearby Manager very knowledgeable & helpful. Nice big room, big bed very comfortable. Lovely towels & bed linen etc.

No lift. Can be a bit noisy with early morning traffic if you're a light sleeper.I suggest taking a room away from the front road. Unfortunately, in my room the Wi-Fi was not strong & difficulty in connecting. Faulty kettle.
