Nice shower and bed

Very noisy at night, we were woken up in the early hours 2 nights out of 3, the manageress just apologised saying she was fast asleep and couldn’t hear anything……..lucky her! The 1st night we had someone banging on our door twice, the 2nd night there was a commotion outside our bedroom door, we could hear every noise in the lobby outside our room……….Not great! The room was full of mosquitoes, this felt like definitely style over substance. There was cctv everywhere, which was a bit unnerving. The worst hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, not horrendous but not value for money……….

Comfortable bed and air-conditioned rooms.

The bathroom was not the best. There was a hole near the toilet (possibly due to being on the ground floor), and I found a large cockroach in the bathroom, which really affected my experience.”

A great place to stay! I stayed in the beginning of my trip in Sri Lanka and at the end of my trip I booked this place again!

Great location - 5 min walk to the beach, 7 min walk to the big supermarket/fruit market, 3 min walk to the bust station. New building, no mold on walls, new furniture. There's a kitchen to cook and also they offer breakfast now. The host is very lovely. I felt very comfortable to stay there.

Really comfortable bed and very quiet room. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the women that look after the place are so friendly and helpful. Only 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to the big supermarket. The place has a kitchen and fridge where you can make your own breakfast and snacks if you want to. Highly recommend.

- very good location, 4-5 minute walk to Mirissa Beach and near to all restaurants / bars - big comfy bed - host was very friendly and welcoming - fan & A/C

- the bed linen had a musty smell to it so we didn’t use the first night and it was quite cold. The host gave us a new set of linen but it still had the same smell.

The property is beautifully kept, very clean! The location is excellent between the beach and main road, you can access both within a two minute walk. The balcony is nice and big. The AC works great! The lady working is attentive and kind. There is a clean kitchen that has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the sheets even smell good! This is the perfect place to stay and has been the best stay so far during my month in Sri Lanka, I wish they could all be so perfect!

This was a perfect location with a lovely host. The room was absolutely spotless when we arrived. As soon as we walked into the room we asked if we could extend our stay to another night. Breakfast was good and there was lots of it.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean hotel and a quiet oasis close enough to the beach but far enough to feel quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed!

Excellent place, new and clean rooms with air conditioning, near the beach, 4-5 min walk. The hostess is also very pleasant and always smiling.

- Amazing location. You’re in between the main road with all restaurants and on the other side the beach. It’s very quiet so you don’t hear the beach parties or the traffic on the main road. Best of both worlds! - The place is new and room is modern. AC and wifi are working well. We had a very big balcony. - The place is really clean. We see the staff do some cleaning all the time. - There is a little hose to rinse the sand out of your feet after the beach, very practical. - Hot water and strong shower pressure - Very friendly and welcoming staff, we felt right at home.
