Amazing sea view and the swimming pool. You can just walk to/from the swimming pool to the sand beach. The staff are really good and helpful. Plenty of parking space in the hotel. We will visit again next time. Restaurant food was delicious.

Restaurant was closed by 10.00pm, it should be open a bit longer.

Location, rooms are ok, bathrooms showers clean and good, no hot water.

Mainly language problem. No local language, neither English, ( very poor communication) Restaurant staff service quit unhealthy

Dirty - room and the whole premises. The guy don’t speak English The futon (in the family room) in a tiny mattress on a stone bench They recommend a guy for snorkeling / boat tour / … who is very expensive. (55 000 roupies to go on pigeon island … we managed to do it for 20 000 roupies) Restaurant is dull and gloomy No bar No hot water in the shower The swimming pool is more for the diving center than the hotel - only 2 sunbeds.

the stuff were really friendly, exspecially the 2 women at the reception. after i complained that the room was dirty, the send someone to clean

The room was dirty. I came into the room and had already tree bugs. the bedsheet had on the headside holes and pn the floor their were hair from the guest before.

Very bad experience. One evening without running water, old and poorly maintained infrastructure. Cleanliness was lacking with dirty towels and bed sheets, and basic hygiene standards not met. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled and the bathroom was barely functional. The spot on Nilaveli Beach is poorly chosen and not well arranged. The beach area is separated with chicken wire, just like the dining room, which takes away a lot of charm. The beach itself is loud and feels neglected. Would not recommend.

Service and location where super. Very nice personnel and very helpful. I was also very pleased about the laundry service. Spacious room with very new and quiet AC.

Accommodating and friendly staff. The pool was clean and beautiful, loved walking a few steps into crystal clear ocean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with direct access to the beach, which made for a truly relaxing experience. The pricing is very fair and offers great value for money. The pool is lovely, and the hotel is easy to locate and reach, making everything smooth from the start. The rooms and washrooms are also clean and quite decent for the price we paid.

In the afternoons, the pool can get a bit busy as a diving center uses it for practice sessions, so it might be nice to have some dedicated guest-only hours. The restaurant was closed during my visit, so I didn’t have the chance to try the food, perhaps a note about operating dates/hours in advance would be helpful for planning.
