Sebastian Transit Villa was a fantastic choice for our first night in Sri Lanka. The free airport pick-up was much appreciated, especially as our flight arrived into Colombo at around midnight. Communication was excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Value for money was exceptional. I cannot recommend highly enough.

It’s a bit far from everything

Amazing, so worth the money. Free shuttle from the airport, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Hot shower The hosts are very friendly.

Some noise from nearby in the morning, otherwise it was very quiet and peaceful.

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. A driver picked me up from the airport, although it was a late flight, which was great .Breakfast was very nice and the Manager was very kind and helpful.

Very spacious clean, modern room and bathroom. High quality fittings. Outside seating if you want it. Airport transfer was early and very efficient, good to have breakfast as no one nearby to eat. Breakfast is served in the room: omelette, toast, butter, fruit and bottle of water. Tea and coffee in the room. Made the airport easy to access with the transfer, would stay here again.

New, clean house. Away from the main street, quiet. Communication with the host was excellent, there was a problem with the AC, which was resolved very quickly. The shuttle to the airport was good.

This was an excellent stay. We stayed one night before our flight the following morning where we were taken to the airport included. The room was unbelievably clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely and had everything you’d need. The breakfast was great! Transport was excellent in the morning. I 100% recommend for a stay pre or post airport.

Big room and awesome shower. Great place to stay the day before we needed to catch a flight. The free shuttle to the airport made it a seamless experience and we really appreciated the convenience.

Everything was clean and new. The staff is amazing. Bed very big and comfortable. Huge bathroom with all necessities and hot water.

We arrived at 3 am and got driven directly to the place. The host was waiting for us to receive us in the middle of the night :)) very kind and so helpful, the room clean and comfortable, definitely worth staying!

The shuttle service was not as expected - if you expected that someone will wait for you at the airport after you get off some grueling flight, you would be mistaken. There was number of texts requiring me to text when I land etc. and it ended up with me waiting outside for 25 minutes for the driver. It was less than ideal...

It is quiet, very clean, just perfect.

Perfectly clean, super friendly staff/owner (they even managed spontaneously to make take away breakfast and to fit my surfboard in the car without notice). Lovely jungle view from the room, spacious, little coffee/tea station, nice mirror and big bathroom with hot water and lots of towels. They even provided a fresh toothbrush, shampoo etc!

This place is amazing - cosy and spacious rooms, very clean, quiet, kind staff and great breakfast. The fact that they also pick you up from the airport makes it so easy when you fly to Colombo. I’d definetly go back :)

Probably the cleanest and most surprising stay in Sri Lanka. New rooms, cleans with European standard. Would recommend it to everyone wanting a place next to the airport.

The host was amazing. Very helpful and responsive. Helped us get to and from the airport on time for our arrival and departure. Breakfast was lovely and arrived on time, which was very helpful. Great room. Overall, good value for money.

Basically we were after a straightforward, hassle free, one night close to the airport before early flight next day. That is exactly what we got. Very helpful in arranging early breakfast and taxi to airport.

Everything was excellent. The communication was good and everything worked as promised from the breakfast to the shuttle service. Upon arrival we were greeted very kindly and we couldn’t ask for more.

We loved our stay here. It was exceptionally clean with everything you would need getting on or off a flight- toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, tea/coffee, kettle, towels and shower gel. We had a complimentary breakfast and a driver for the airport. We also had dinner here which was very reasonable yet large (additional). Would highly recommend ☺️ The host was very kind also ☺️
