I chose this resort mainly for its proximity to the Victoria Golf Club, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The property is stunningly beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They even arranged a tuk-tuk for me to get to the golf club for my sessions, which was a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for golfers and anyone looking for a relaxing escape in a scenic setting. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Signature Resort during my visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic and wanted a place slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city — it turned out to be the perfect choice. The surroundings were tranquil, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the care shown by the staff was truly exceptional. A peaceful retreat with warm hospitality — highly recommended!

We selected this hotel to get out from our stressful routine life, and our choice was absolutely correct. The property had the much anticipated tranquility and the greenery that we were looking forward for. The staff was extremely cordial and corporative. The food was not cheap but definitely more than valuable for the price paid for. The resort is not for business travellers since it's little far from Kandy City.

The staff were great and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They interacted well with our children and took some time to play with them. The MD even loaned me his clubs to play golf with. It’s a short distance to the Victoria Golf Resort and the staff arranged transport to take us there for a round. The buffet was great and there was lots of food.

On my way to Mahiyangana, since it was too late, we booked this hotel for a stop over. The place was unbelievably stunning with a very large forest feeling garden.The front office was extremely supportive and was helpful even we arrived late. Though we booked a standard room, they gave a free upgrade since there were rooms available in the deluxe category. The rooms are decorated with reach kandyan deco that takes you to a bygone era and really nice and spacious. We did not have dinner since it was late, and the morning breakfast with live actions were more than we expected. The whole staff was very supportive.

We arrived and didn't feel quite welcome. Overall the interaction with the staff felt awkward and uncomfortable. We figured it was due to the language barrier but still the usual friendliness of the people was missing here. There was a party that evening and it was very loud until midnight. The wifi was only working a short amount of time and was constantly disconnecting.

The hotel has a great location close to the lake and a restaurant included to get some dinner for reasonable prices. Fried rice was about 2000 lkr. The room was big, clean and had a terrace to enjoy the coffee provided in the room. The shower had hot water as well.

Our room was close to the water tank and the pressure pump kept kicking in every few seconds. That was a bit disturbing.

It's a beautiful property with nice rooms, However, the rooms were cleaned upto the mark... It was quite dusty and even had quite a bit of cobwebs! Since we travelled with small baby, this cleanliness mattered the most..

Staff was very nice and supportive. They made all the pre requisite arrangements accordingly.

The breakfast that was not included is very expensive (more than 7000 rupees). The resort is pretty far from the city of Kandy. We asked for some information about nature tours that they where offering but they could not provide us with any information.

The resort is super nice. The pool is good and the room is big and clean. Very relaxing stay. And love the nature around it. Staf super friendly Love that there is a laundry service
