Nothing bad just ubers or pickme had trouble getting to the location due to Google Maps issue. Easy fix to just walk down the street and grab a tuktuk

This property is nestled in a calm and serene environment, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We visited with our 6-year-old and initially booked just the ground-floor room, but we were graciously given access to the entire ground floor, including the kitchen, dining area, and lobby. It truly felt like a home away from home. Both my wife and I had to attend to some office work remotely during our stay, and the setting was ideal, with excellent fiber internet that made everything seamless. A special mention goes to the owner, Chamara, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. The property is impeccably clean, exceptionally peaceful, and offers great value for money with very reasonable prices. Safety was also well ensured. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kandy who is looking for a tranquil and memorable stay. It truly made our visit unforgettable!

Sometimes in the evenig and morning is was alittle bit loud (smashing doors etc) so i woke up a few times. Also the neighbor‘s two Rottweiler dogs are very loud all day long so it was difficulty sometimes to focus or to relax. It wasn’t easy to find, but after I found it the first time it was easier. 10/10 because of the good equipment over all and the nice people.

Really nice and modern room / bathroom. Comfortable bed and all the stuff provided that you need for your daily cleaning / bathroom. Abele equipped kitchen to use. Providing of free drinking water, tea and coffee. The family and staff there is very nice and helpful. I could also use the washing machine for free. Laundry that I hanged in the garden was with the sun was dry after a few minutes :)

They didn’t allow us on the balcony after 12 am on the 31st night. This is not a proper conduction with foreign guests without any valid reason. Please provide a proper blanket or comfy on the bed.

That was my 2nd time over there and within two years they developed a lot.

The staff was amazing. It is a married couple who run the place, and they were both super helpful with finding places to go and everything we needed. The place was very clean, and they have a small kitchen you can use if you like. They can fix breakfast and dinner if you like, we only got the breakfast and it was delicious and plenty of food. The location is a bit of the big road, but transport is very easy to come by here and I therefore don't see a problem with it. I can definitely recommend this too everyone travelling in the area and looking for a nice place to stay where you get a lot for your money! :)

That 7 luck Palace wasn't our home forever *****

Everything! It was so spacious, clean, comfortable a Palace infact! Chamara and his wife wasundara were so accommodating and kind the facility's were amazing and usable whenever we needed, fridge, Kitchen, washing machine. They provided food and vehicle for us new toothbrushes shavers toothpaste coffees ans teas and fruit and didn't ask for anything!, so kind. We couldn't quite believe it when we first arrived thought it was abit too good to be true. We only planned on staying in kandy for a couple nights max until we came here and didn't want to leave. Thank you so much charmara and wasundara you've made our kandy experience unforgettable ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Seven Luck Palace. They were extremely accommodating and their service was exceptional. The room was also clean and very comfortable. They all go beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I took advantage of the location and atmosphere as well. Seven luck palace is located in a quiet & calm village in the middle of the green jungles with all birds signing freely. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Kandy.
