Very kind, loving family. They provided a large healthy breakfast. Clean towels and toiletries were also provided. A spot to park our Tuktuk. Only a 15min walk to the beach. It was safe and quiet. Lots of wildlife to see.

This was my favourite place I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka so far! What a beautiful family - such gentle and thoughtful hosts. The room was lovely and very clean. It’s a great location, just a short walk to gorgeous Hiriketiya Beach. The breakfast was yummy. But most of all, the warmth and kindness of this family will go straight to your heart

I loved how the family literally adopts you as one of their own — they are incredibly helpful, attentive, and loving. Everything is super clean and comfortable, and they pay attention to every detail for the guest’s well-being. The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfortable too. Breakfast is abundant. The space is very peaceful — perfect for resting or working. They’re also very flexible with everything. I could totally live here!

I liked everything!

The best accommodation I’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka! I spent three nights there, and I would have stayed the whole month. The family is lovely and makes you feel at home. The room is super clean, the bed is really comfortable, and the breakfast is great. I hope to come back someday soon!

Make sure to wait some time after one person takes a shower - otherwise the next one doesn't have water.

The family and the kids are super nice. And if you're lucky you get to play ball with the boys :-) Breakfast was amazing. Hiriketiya beach is about a 15 minute walk, which was no problem for us.

The place is really friendly and clean and the family running the place is so lovely and welcoming! The area is very calm and quiet, in the surroundings you can see birds and monkeys. We got welcome coconuts and the breakfast was amazing!! This family is doing everything to make your stay beautiful, will be back!

The only thing that could've been improved is the communication about breakfast - it didn't say that it was included, and when I was leaving the room in the morning to have my breakfast in the town, I was told that my breakfast is ready. I thought it was maybe a miscommunication, so I tried to explain that I didn't book the breakfast option. I came back a few hours later to pick my luggage up and it was so lovely that they kept my breakfast in the fridge and offered to me to have it then, but it was right after I had lunch (because I didn't expect this to happen), so I had to refuse again. I only realized that even though not communicated online, the breakfast is apparently included, after the host showed me a card with his number and their offer, where it said “free breakfast”. I’m sorry for the miscommunication, but maybe it would be useful to include it in booking.com offer, I would have loved to eat it :)

Very nice place! A bit further away from Hiriketiya Beach, but for this price it was not an issue at all - it was less than 15 minutes walk to the beach. The bathroom was shared, but I didn't see anyone else using it when I was there, so it felt like having a private one. The hosts were also very nice and I got a fresh juice as a welcome drink. The room was also very clean.

Amazing place to stay. The house is welcoming, confortable, clean and really calm in the middle of the jungle. It’s 15 min walking from the center or hiriketiya beach which is good ! I had an amazing time with this family that take care of me as their daughter. ♥️ I love them and I recommend them 1000 times ! Breakfast include also it’s so good 😋 I’m gonna miss them!

The location on Google Maps was wrong, it took us a while to find it.

Very friendly family, I felt welcome. Perfect room, good bed and I even received a nice breakfast and welcome drink. It was only 10 minutes walking from the centre.
