The hotel is old style but clean and the staff very helpful and super friendly, cannot fault them. The breakfast was way too big and we recommend the restaurant across the road, good food on the beach.

Great view from our room, balcony, fridge, clean spacious room. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was fresh fruit, smoothie, omelette, toast and jam. Delicious! Pool was refreshing and well laid out, pool towels brought to us. A few restaurants within walking distance and 50m to Beach. Regular buses outside hotel to town. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing getaway.

Fantastic views, monkeys in trees next to hotel. Short walk to best beach bars in area. Good food in hotel. Friendly helpful staff. 1.5 KM from town but only a few hundred KPR in a taxi.

Small inconvenience to be told cash payment only on arrival. Expected noise on New Year’s Eve but surprised how long the music lasted in neighbouring places……showing my age now!!

Very nice location, close enough to Tangalle to tuktuk into the town for restaurants etc but nicely placed outside of the built up area and very close to beautiful beaches. Breakfast good and varied. Really pleasant swimming pool and outside space.

Hot water was not always available.

Its a 50m walk to Red beach from the hotel. Silent beach is a 15 min walk away. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Tangalle. Staff were very friendly. Breakfasts were tasty especially the buffets.

The location was great, restaurants nearby were great too. The room was huge, a comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location might not be for everyone. It's a fair bit out of town and action.. The water seemed to smell of mould a bit. The king bed was huge, but very springy and you could feel every movement of the other person.

Brilliant staff. Nothing was a problem. Great swimming pool. Good location to explore all the surrounding beaches. Easy scooter rental directly from the hotel for the usual price. Huge, bright rooms and huge beds. Aircon and fan. Big balcony. There are plenty of restaurants nearby even though they tend to be more expensive than in the town.. easy to get a tuk tuk though for 300-500 rupees. There's a fridge in all the rooms and TV in some. The rooms were clean. Quiet location.

The property facilities are a bit run down, possibly from the Covid period. It could do with some upgrades and maintenance. However, the staff are trying their best to make it a comfortable stay for guests.

Comfortable stay overall. The price was great, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. It was also clean and had a relaxed feeling! There is also a fantastic restaurant on the beach right across the road.
