Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumSee provided picture: they give a discount for writing a positive review, which explains the mixed reviews for this place.... I'm afraid the negative ones are the ones to trust. The new family rooms are not as nice as they seem in the pictures. We had two of those, for 3 nights. The rooms were not so clean (better after a second clean the next day), one was smelly, the other had toilet issues (not flushing well), the fancy shower system didn't work, not much hot water, soap/shampoo wall dispensers empty or broken (in replacement, 3 small bottles with different products were provided, but all labeled conditioner), several frogs in the bathroom (though cute, you do not want them there). You can mention all that to the staff, and they can try to fix things a bit, but in general the lack of good care is all over the place. There is a pool, which is why we chose to spend the money to stay at this place, but it's not so clean. It's noisy as also reported by others, due to the irritating and numbing music played during a substantial part of the day. Food was so so (better take a tuktuk to Flava by DIMO, or Rangiri Luuv restaurant). Breakfast was not so good, served twice on a banana leaf containing stuff with doubtful freshness, and once in buffet form (much better). The hotel grounds have some ugly corners, like a dangerous opened deep water pit in a corner near the pool (picture added), without security measures at all, where your wandering toddler could disappear in if you don't pay attention. Tables don't get clean well, mostly shaking the crumbs of the placemats. There are too limited spaces around the pool. There was a used diaper laying below a hammock for all afternoon/evening. And yes, there are construction works ongoing, which also don't contribute to the pleasure staying here. If you're not picky (and find a good price deal), you can stay here.
The bed was comfy, so sleeping was OK. Electronic payment in euro was possible to a European bank account through QR code, at no extra %.

AustraliaDefinitely not 5* (3* more accurate). Management offered us free drinks in return for a great Booking website review, which they wanted done there & then. Obviously we declined, that explains the inflated reviews for this hotel. The hotel is partially built. Pool area is worn, i think i cut my foot on a sharp tile in or around the pool, where sharp concrete is also present. Showers were often cold. Slippery tiles. Poor housekeeping.
Staff were great & helpful (front desk & bar staff,) they arranged a private elephant safari for us. Breakfast was lovely. Family room bathroom was nice.

United Arab EmiratesSwimming pool was very dirty, we could not use it. Very slow restaurant service. Wifi was not working. One of the rooms was very old and smelly , toilet broken, smell of mold. I saw very good reviews for this property but my experience was different. Maybe because it is not high season?

❤️The place was amazing! Very kind, and made us feel like family! They were incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay better. The food was delicious and very generous. A very peaceful setting with a stunning and clean pool, and the water had a good temperature, within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions in the area,
