The shower was just ok but fine for a short stay.

The host was super friendly, we arrived quite late and he was so welcoming, giving us all a king coconut as a welcome drink. Was a very comfortable bed with A/C.

The bedroom & bathroom is modern, spacious and clean. The host was kind and very helpful. The location is a two minute walk to one beach and 8 minutes to the next. Free bottle of water and a tea station in the room. There is hot water available and it is only a few minute walk to the bus station.

Very well located small boutique hotel, moments from the good end of Dickwella Beach. We loved this hotel, and the staff were so lovely and helpful. 3 minute walk to the beach and beach restaurants. About a 15/20 minute walk into the heart of Hiriketiya Beach.

I actually can't think of anything. I only would suggest the owner to give one extra towel for the beach 🏖️

The house is 2 minutes from the Dickwella Beach and my room was absolutely fine, clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice, helpful, available for any doubt or question. I would highly recommend this place if you don't enjoy the crowds because it was a peaceful stay.

Incredible host, immaculate property, perfect replaced vibes. So close to the beach. We had a wonderful time staying at surf heavens. We were messaged the day of arrival to check our check in time, we were welcomed with king coconuts. The room was lovely and clean with hot water, air con and even a kettle. The place is a great little home from home, could easily have stayed longer. The property is on the track to the beach, you come across some small local restaurants on the way which also do laundry at incredible prices. The beach is lovely, it is still natural with only suited beach shacks for drinks and food. No commercial hotels on the beach front.

Since before my arrival the guy was super available and responsive to make me welcomed! I stayed in a room for the first night but I moved to a bigger one (ground floor with a small garden!) because it was available! I also decided to check out early and he was flexible in changing the dates! The position is very good and the house very cozy: it made me fell “I arrived home” every night :) They have Tuk Tuk and bike to rent but I did not need it! Good internet connection in case you need to work (as I had to!)

I had a fantastic stay! The staff truly went above and beyond – they helped jump-start our tuk-tuk when it was time to leave, gifted us a complimentary water bottle, and welcomed us with two refreshing coconuts. The facilities were pristine and the location perfect. Highly recommended!

Squeaky bed.

We really liked staying here. As you can read in all the other comments the location is just wonderful. Really quiet but close to all the places you might want to go: Dikwella beach and its beach bars are 2 mins walk away. Hireketiya about 15 mins. To me the room and hotel looked much nicer than in the pictures. Dinesh is a friendly guy - always there for a little chat. And of course we loved the coconut he gave us on arrival.

Gorgeous oasis to stay in just behind Dikwella beach Dinesh is a very kind host who is always smiling V new - recentky refurbished The bed is large and super comfortable No mosquitos Kettle and lovely tea provided Great hot shower and a lovely bathroom with shower gel provided too 👍 Very quiet at night- it is situated just behind Dikwella beach -much larger and quieter than Hiriketiye beach - Hiriketiye is a lovely 15 min walk away Dinesh gave us a king coconut on arrival too - delicious - picked off the tree in the garden !! Would highly recommend to stay here Woukd love to repeat sometime

Denish was a wonderful host. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Very quiet area only 100m from Dickwella beach. Just over the hill to Hiriketiya. A great place to stay.

Could have a communal fridge, but not a big thing.

Hewa was very friendly, and helped us with everything including getting us a scooter. The room was nicely laid out, cleaned regularly and in a superb location.

Very nice clean room with a big bed. The owner Dinesh is super friendly and helpful which made for a pleasant stay. The property is also perfectly situated within a few mins walk to Dickwella beach and not far from Hiri - so you can get everywhere easily but it is quiet at night.

Surf Heavens is ideally situated just steps away from the pristine Dickwella Beach, known for its calm waters, golden sands the location makes accessing the waves effortless.
