Should be more cleaner, especially bathroom. Lot of noise all the time from the cafes and locals always coming/leaving.

Good location, a minute from the beach. Laudry service 2usd/kg. Breakfast small but tasty inckuded in the price.

You shouldn't offer breakfast included if you don't want to provide a proper breakfast; at least some bananas and tea could have made a difference. A shame because this place has some potential.

Abdula was super friendly and attentive. The room es simple but the surrounding is really nice. The bed was neat and beautiful prepared. The bathroom was not really clean but the shower (cold) was perfect. The towels and the bed sheets were in good condition. The location is really good, near the beach. Unfortunately the breakfast was the poorest breakfast I ever had (two pancakes with a rest of curry stew, with one piece of carrot and a glass of water) in my many years of traveling and the boy that was there preparing it wasn't too friendly. We wanted to extend our stay but the lack of friendly service made as search for another option. It seems that off-season customers don't count one.

Nice hotel! I liked the rooms and the private terrace, you have space for yourself, but still it is in a nice environment, nice common area! A beautiful place and i felt comfortable. Good room for good price! I will come back:)

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. Staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel’s location was perfect—right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool area was well-maintained, and the bar service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and delicious options.

Our power adapters (the round type) only fitted in the plugs in the common spaces, not the ones in the rooms. However I’m sure if you asked the staff, they would be able to help or we could have bought another adapter to fit the rectangular shape power plugs.

Great little spot - initially booked for 1 night in a budget room, ended up staying another 2 nights but in an AC room. Both rooms you get what you pay for and are simple but comfy. Location is great - a 10 second walk to the beach and a 20 second walk to the main street. Nice vibe in the common spaces. Perfect if you want a room to yourself but also have the option to be social and not confined to your room. The pizzas they make there are delicious and the free breaky was also great - consisted of something savoury, fresh fruit and a coffee each morning. Staff were lovely and let us check in to the AC room as soon as it was ready at 9am so we just moved our bags from one room to the other in the morning. They also spent time playing cricket with us and made us feel super welcome. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Nice place to enjoy your stay in arugam bay. Good and clean rooms with A/C, really nice and friendly staff. I totally recommend it. Is just 20 meters away from the beach. The place is super chill and you can feel like you’re at home. Thank you so much!!

Very bad smell in the rooms. Overall hotel Needs maintenance. the « included » breakfast is really bad (like 1 cold omelet with 2 old piece of bread) and you need to pay for the coffee.

The place I stayed at recently was breathtakingly beautiful. In particular, the beaches there looked like paradise. The calm blue sea was not only a feast for the eyes but also brought peace to the mind. Each of the restaurants there impressed me with its unique flavor. Tasting the variety of food was an unforgettable experience. Especially, the breakfast they served was very delicious. It was free and made me happy. I will never forget those happy moments that morning, enjoying the beauty of the beach with delicious food. All the staff working there were kind and friendly. There was always a joy on their faces, which also infected us. They took care of our needs and made our stay more enjoyable. Their kind hospitality impressed us a lot. Overall, this stay gave me a wonderful experience. Beautiful beaches, delicious food, and kind staff were all excellent. There is no doubt that this place will be a great choice for those looking for peace of mind and happiness. I would definitely like to come here again!

We came here with a couple of friends. It's a very nice place, chill and close to the beach. Owner is super friendly and helpful. He even let us ride his own motorbike ! He also arrange good prices with local businesses, restaurant, surfing school... Delicious breakfast too. Good prices. Rooms are comfortable, with A/C and private washroom. Just perfect !
