the pictures do seem better than the actual thing, the pool could use some maintenance there are lots of broken tiles and unclear water

Very tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice pool, kids enjoyed a lot. Close to Sigiriya and Dambulla. Big rooms. There were some problems with one room and therefore they offered other room, which was actually bigger and nicer, more than expected. Would stay again.

Hotel needs a bit of tlc. It was ok but a bit tired in areas. Unfortunately, the chef was away when we were there, so the food was only ok I really appreciate that they tried but for me the food wasn't great, overcooked chicken and cold not cooked enough veg in a strange gloopy sauce. I'm sure it's not normally like this, but I can only review what I experienced.

Really lovely family, extremely warm welcome and lots of smiles all round. Had a small problem with my room, which they rectified immediately with an upgraded room, which was really nice.

Hotel has a good surrounding but need a bit of more maintenance to keep the garden /pool area nice and tidy. Yet I still liked it staying outside enjoying the nature vibes.

Worth for the price. No much buildings around so it’s very calm and quiet. The staff was very friendly and their food was also tasty. Rooms are spacious and clean. Enjoyed a lot staying outside coz the surroundings are very nice.

Meal was very tasty, good quality and enjoyed it very much. Love the tasty of the meal. Cleanliness of rooms, dining area,pool, kitchen area were also very best. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location also very calm and beautiful . We enjoyed our stay at ali kele resort.

There was mould on the walls in the room, and they smelt stale. The rooms weren’t clean- stain on sheets, and bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Pool area wasn’t clean, so we didn’t go for a swim sadly.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short drive from the Lion rock and Pidurangala rock. It’s also close to Dambulla cave temple and golden Buddha. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice seating area under the trees and a great pool. They also serve really cold beer which is a definite bonus. The staff are lovely, really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to serve a breakfast my husband could eat because he has dietary issues.
