Best view ever! I got the penthouse. Woke up to the sun behind the mountains. Most beautiful place I have ever slept. If you haven’t been here you NEEED to visit! Also swimming in the swimming pool by the sunset 🤌🤌 Food was a bit overpriced (comparing to local) but still cheap for tourists

the internet was slow. the food is so so. the staff as i said can be a bit annoying. but overall its nothing compare to the beauty of the place

Not so much that I did not like, I just felt the cost of dinner was ever so slightly to high. Bed covering for two could have been bigger.

If I would have to come up with an improvement is that the rain from the upper floor falls down on the balcony rail on my level which made some sounds. I fixed it by placing a towel on the rail so the water stopped making sounds. It was a minor issue for me!

Arrived here for two nights as a solo traveler, the staff member are exceptionally friendly and care a lot about their service and quality of delivery. Both boys are young but very intelligent and highly easy going, had amazing deep conversations with them! They even showed me around the tea factory and offered to join on a hike (free of charge). The room has a great size and everything was brand new as the hotel opened recently. The food was very tasty and highly affordable!

Unfortunately, this is not a hotel or a resort. It is a very beautiful house for corporate and private parties. There is no kitchen, food is brought from somewhere, all the rooms are in a neglected condition. When we arrived, there was a big party for 20 people on the territory, loud music, people dancing on tables and jumping into the pool.

The house is in a beautiful place on the top of a hill, not easy to get to, but in good weather you can enjoy a stunning view.

The hotel is in the middle of nature and the property has very large windows and balconies where you could see a beautiful mountain view. The service was excellent right from the start of the visit and the staff fulfilled all our needs exceptionally. Transportation to Gampola town or Ambuluwawa tower is easily handled by the hotel staff.

No proper welcome Had to stay at outside the premises almost for an hour and they blame me its because I made a last minute booking...😒😒😒😒 No backup generator and when the electricity suply went down only solution was complaining to the electricity board....🤦🤦🤦 Requested the Dinner arround 6.30 just because we are starving after long six hours drive. Even at 7.30 no meals were ready....🙄🙄🙄🙄 After all we cant bare anymore and decided to leave the premises and ask if they need any payment .... ? First they said no need of any payment but there after changeup their decision and ask me to pay Rs 2350/- 😏😏 Access road To the hotel was covered with bugs 🤦😒😏 i

Room number 7, the shower door doesn't close well. So water goes everywhere on the floor. The frontdoor doesn't close, unless you lock it. The wifi upstairs is unstable. The balconydoors also have problems

The staff are super sweet and lovely. They were always helping us out with everything and they were taking care of us like family. The room is spacious, modern and clean with a fan. The kingsize bed is comfortable and the room has a beautifull big balcony with an amazing view. The shower works great. There is fast wifi. They offer room service. The location is amazing and peacefull with a stunning view. Everything was wow! The swimmingpool is beautifull and they have a lovely garden. Thank you for the lovely stay

The road up there was quite challenging, especially with the Tuk Tuk so it would be to contact the hosts to get the best directions to get up there. It is quite remote so prepare everything you may need in advance. But it's meant like the advice, not a minus of the villa.

What a place! Once you get up there you'll be rewarded with the most amazing view up in the mountains, fresh air, and a relaxing swim in the pool. It's so calm, that you'll forget about all the bustle that stays behind just a few km away. The best place for both the sunrise and the sunset. And, of course, the room and the villa itself were very comfortable. The hosts were also very welcoming.
