Dear madam Irene, Thank you for appreciating the room, facilities and bed, it was specially imported and follows the contours of the sleeping body to give greater comfort. The courtyard rooms are small and the price is subject to economic pressures within the economy of the country that we have little control over. We hope with time things will return to normal and do thank you for choosing our hotel and country to spend your holidays. About the breakfast, packed breakfasts are most often not appealing. I have discussed these comments with our chef and you might be pleased to know that we have made some additions to make the packed breakfast a little more exciting than before. Dear guest, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the larger balcony room and our amazing breakfast. The North tower room you initially booked is also loved by many due to it's unique architecture and the amazing views it provides including a private rooftop terrace. However, we do admit the tower rooms are on the smaller side and it will not suit all our guests personal preferences. Dear Beatriz, Thank you for taking time to write a review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the benefits of our location facing the ocean as well as our comfortable beds. As our hotel is a heritage building and due space constraints, unfortunately we have not received permission to install a generator. But we are working towards alternative solutions. Same reason for the lack of a pool. Due to government regulations, heritage premises with historical buildings are not allowed to have pools. However, we are conveniently located across the Fort walls where there's a staircase leading down to a small beach where our guests enjoy swimming in the ocean.
