Very poor,dust all over the place , lots of maintenance needs. Broken chairs dirty linens. The dirty pool didn't use it at all . The airconditioning was not working properly. Low water pressure on the shower and faucets. Not recommended for staying at all . Very disappointed

First the place is hard to find, their phone is not correct so when we call no one answered. Once we got the number it's better. We arrived two hours earlier and waited in another hôtel. We paid extra for taxi, for the the hôtel who accept us to wait. We had to pay extra charge also because we wanted to use the room from the morning. Nothing looks liké the photos. Everything is old or broken. There were many big bugs. Beds are not very clean, the covers is not fixed. The room has AC so it s really good, the swimming pool was blue but not very clean and we didn't know if it s good. No one is in the house to care of the guest. I wanted to make a tea, the boiler was broken and the glass so dirty. When we open the window in the toilet there was dust and bugs. It seems not used for many months. And no one clean it. We were near beach and restaurant. The pipe in the bathroom is not working well. In the drawer we found pièces of bugs. My children were scared. 10 000 for one day , we except a little more. The Lady who opened the door was nice and helps us to quit quickly the house.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate , clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.i will visit this place again and again.

It was a lovely property when built.

We never had hot water, no water came out of the bathroom tap and had to use the bidet for water. The bed sheets and towels were worn out and needed replacing. On the first night we had the biggest cockroach I had ever seen in the bathroom.

This hotel are Very nice. And good working stuff and very friendly person. Room and hotel very cleen and keep quite. From hotel to with in 5 min can go to beach and restaurant.

Everything 😐 We paid for the lady Host 9580LKR for an AC room + 1000 LKR for pool, but the pool we didn't use it's dirty , but she gave us a non AC room. When we Informed her, she said she will come back in an hour to do a room change, We checked in 4pm we waited until night 8pm, then when we called her she said she will return other 3000 balance just take the Non AC room, we were very disappointed. Then we decided to stay as it's dark. The next day we called her 5 times telling that we needed to check out. Then she came after one hour, we handed over the room to her and requested our room balance 3000 + 1000 pool money because we didn't use the pool it's very dirty. She yelled at us telling us that she could give only 500LKR, we couldn't believe what happened, she threatened us that she can't pay the money and she said her brother is the biggest thug here she can do anything. Then we silently left that place, coz Srilanka is a beautiful country, one person can't make it worse. This hotel is the nightmare

Wonderful place to stay. I don’t normally stay in hotels but this was perfect – the beds are comfortable. Best hotel in Negombo

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful person ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Really don't expect luxury but you will have really nice place to stay for a few days and travel around Negombo. You have all what is needed and very good location

Some lighting could be improved in the room.

The room was simple but had everything you needed; air conditioning, a bathroom, a bed. The pool was small but it was nice there was one. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

The air conditioning didn't get colder than 28 degrees fine once asleep but it was hard to fall asleep in the heat. the wifi did not work at all. When I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes for the owner to arrive to let me in even though I had notified of my arrival time.

Had a very nice stay at Cappuccino Hotel. Room was so much clean and spacious. Located very closer to the beach. Friendly & helpful staff. Recommended for the fellow travellers.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper Italian cooking.
