Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. there are some rooms with out chairs and also windows, something i would rather stay away from.
I have been here more than 5 times now and each and every stay was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious and they managed to give me a good room upon request. the food is great and room service is fast.

Only provide 1 dental kit for both person and 1 pcs of soap.Washroom water logging was there in drainage system and room very small.

Room was terrible we upgraded & paid for a superior room - so disappointed * no bedside lamps * only two pillow * no FRIDGE * shower leaked all where toilet was * took 10 mins for water to get hot

This "hotel" is more like an event venue than a place for relaxation. They have a huge hall right next to the guest rooms, and it’s clear they don’t care about their guests at all. On the day we arrived, there was a concert happening, and no one warned us in advance. The event was horribly organized: huge crowds, no security checks, no metal detectors, no police present. The staff assured us that the concert would end at 10 PM, but the deafening music continued until 3 AM! After that, we were kept awake by the constant noise of a malfunctioning elevator. We were exhausted from our trip and just wanted to rest, but it was impossible. The staff admitted their fault but refused to compensate us in any way. In the end, they profited both from the concert and from the unfortunate guests who couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep. I strongly advise against staying here! This is by far the worst place for a restful stay that we have ever encountered.

The room was very noisy. There was a very loud party going on til 2am, with loud music and people shouting and talking loudly in the corridor. It was very inconsiderate of the hotel to allow this as it disturbed all of us.
It was conveniently located.

Two things need to upgrade, in the room and bathroom needs one or two more bright lights. When guests need they can turn on. And before the guests come to the room at least one or two hour before they need to turn on the air conditioner.
Nice location, very clean , nice restaurant and very nice staff.

the only issue is with the parking, the walk to the hotel from the car park is a bit too far with the luggage, i am sure there may be people that people will carry the bags, but that is also unnecessary.
the location is great, breakfast is good the money that was paid. since i have been here more than 4 or 5 times the staff seems to recognize me, they are great and always with a smile.

The car park was a little bit to far that luggage has to be carried in to the hotel.
The staff was amazing, all ways with a smile and very helpfull.

It was not well-maintained. The bathroom cubicle door was not well-sealed and water leaked everywhere. The carpets felt grimy. It was so noisy- the windows were so un-soundproof we could hear the party in the event hall at 1am in the morning, the traffic, the dogs barking throughout the night and prayers broadcasted from the mosque next door at 3 in the morning. Needless to say we barely slept.
Building was big and grand-loooking. The room had high ceiling and was spacious. The cafe where breakfast is served- food was good.
