That said, we’d like to gently clarify for future travelers that we are only about 3 Kilometers from the No. 04 main road in Sri Lanka( A4 Colombo -Badulla highway) where many known restaurants offer additional dining options. Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking your valuable time to make a beautiful review and provide some suggestions for certain improvements based on your experience during your stay with us. We’re truly delighted to hear that you enjoyed our hospitality, ambience, and spa. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by your experience with some food. Your comments about meat( pork) and lake fish were taken seriously, and the management has already had a discussion with the chefs on how to improve. While we purchase only imported pork from one of the most reputed providers and have not had a previous complaint about it being tough, we are going to take up this matter with the trader and ensure only quality meat with right tenders is provided. Also, while lake fish is normally high in bones( and has a distinct flavor when prepared with bones intact, which is liked by most), our chefs are exploring the possibility of making available local lake fish fillet without bones, too to our future guests. Thank you again for helping us improve with your candid thoughts. We hope to welcome you back and want to give you an excellent food experience while the unique natural vibe will provide you with an unforgettable memories.
