There were small ants in the bathroom. The bathroom was located outside the room, so we had to leave the room to access it. Although it was private, it only had a door with gaps at the top and bottom, which felt unusual. Additionally, the listing stated that payments could be made by Visa or Mastercard, but in reality, they only accepted cash.

The stuff was polite and the room was, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The property is located on a hill with a beautiful view, offering a peaceful atmosphere about 10–15 minutes from the city centre.

Although the air conditioner in our room initially malfunctioned, the staff responded promptly and provided an effective alternative solution upon request, ensuring we remained comfortable throughout our stay.

A wonderful place to completely disconnect from city life if you want to stay in nature. The views are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. The room was very clean, with access to the terrace. Breakfast also delicious. I would stay there again.

The accommodation was located on a hill, you can just take a taxi down or walk down. It was no problem for us, but it can be a bit steep if you walk down.

The host, the hygiene and the wifi were very good! Everything was perfect, the hosts were very nice and helped us right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything! The house is very beautiful, decorated in every details. Our room so nice, tiny but with all the essentials and an amazing view of the city immersed in the forest. Sunset was breathtaking from our windows. Very clean as well. Hosts so kind and helpful, offered to prepare us a simple dinner because we didn't feel to go out due to stomach issues. We loved this staying! Highly recommend 💯

I liked everything about this property: it was close to Kandy but far from the city noise, had spectacular views at sunrise and sunset, and had a spacious room with a hot shower, A/C, tea kettle, storage room, and balcony. The living area was immaculate with plenty of spaces to relax and take in the views, and the meals were delicious! Most of all, I appreciated the kindness of the property hosts and staff. I was traveling alone, so Dr. Sriemalee regularly checked in on me - even after I left Kandy. I will not forget the care and comfort I experienced at Heritage Inn.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send my family and friends there. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Kandy. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Owner is a Doctor and she was very hospitable and there for every need of mine
