The room is nice. Bed comfortable. Only one of the beds had some black hairs on the sheet, so we wonder if it was clean sheets. Good warm shower. But bathroom smelled terrible. It was extremly cold in the hotel. We asked for extra blankets and they right away brought it together with a small heater. Our stay was not as expected, but tried to make the best of it during the 1 night we stayed. There was a terrible rain and storm all night and it made lots of noise so it was hard to sleep. However, The kids appreciated the Netflix in the room and the games in the salon. Overall we feel it was a bit over priced. Breakfast also not included, so we went to another place, since the night before we had to wait 50 min for our dinner and it was not great.

It’s only problem that it could get noisy as the rooms are very close to each other with little sound proof. You could hear other guests around you. The breakfast is served in the lobby area, and it can get smelly sometimes.

1. Very disappointed with in house facilities such as no tissue box in the room. No washing liquid or soap in the washroom. I understand it is a boutique shop but still doesn’t explain these necessary amenities. 2. There are no room heaters so it gets a bit cold at nights during winters.

1. Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife had left behind some clothing which they were kind enough to keep so that we could collect it later on. 2. My children enjoyed the gaming area and the lounge area even though we just stayed for one night only. 3. My children ran in the beautiful lawn.

We booked quadruple room.but window isn’t working. So we asked to change the room to triple one.but staff member said we need to pay extra 5000/- for that. So they gave us another quadruple room.but it doesn’t have nice view.that’s why we asked for triple room. But stay was good.

For water ,sugar tea bag ,everything small was also charged extra which was a little off as after paying so much on room rent we would not want to pay for these small little things plus they could have added breakfast also in the rent for comfort ,but the staff was helpful

Bathroom ventilation may be an issue so balconies can be a little uncomfortable but maybe was just a one off. Our room did not have a view but it was fine because the open common area with the restaurant is lovely to hang out at all times of the day.

Perfect little sanctuary with amazing views from the front and common areas. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean. The duplex room was a great deal. Staff is extremely sweet and helpful. We ate a few meals during our stay and the food was clean, fresh and tasty. Nothing major but location is uphill so walking around town can be challenging. Perfectly fine with tuks.

Just to be aware that there is no alcohol on the menu. Didn’t bother us but would be good to know in advance.

Spacious rooms, lovely view to mountain, clean and modern. Great communal area plus a pool table and table football. Food was good - you need to pre order breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff - a short walk to centre of town.

The property is new bu there dont seem to be rush to clean after painters, carpenters and other workers. Some paint stains, some unfinished carpenting and so on.

Property is new and therefore everything is fresh and not worn out. Interiour is very modern and classy. Amaizing view. Exactly as in the pictures. Staff was super nice.

But there is always but) 1. since the house was surrounded by private houses, every evening at exactly 21.00 the local dogs began their dialogue. The barking lasted for an hour, it was difficult to fall asleep. 2. since the house is new there are some deficiencies and wifi in the rooms does not work well 3. breakfast is not included in the price
