The staff was very helpful and kind aiming to make our stay as pleasant as possbile. I appreciate their effort to prepare some food to us and in organizing a Tok Tok to drive/tour me to downtown Negombo. I love to be joined by one of the staff members (using his regular clothes) in a short run in the sands of the Negombo beach and in be invited to come with him to the small gym in the hotel premises to do some resistance training. The sunset is simply spetacular

There are some little maintenance and upgrades here and there that’s needed. That’s about it.

One of the most beautiful properties. The view and the spacious compound was amazing especially from our suite which was very spacious as well. Loved that we could walk down to the beach from the pool view with the lovely palm and frangipani garden. The staff were very nice and set up a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for us too. There are lots of little touches of beautiful spots that are created and I wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely place.

The pool, grounds and beach front were lovely. The staff were very friendly and organised dinner for us. They were very quick to help when necessary. One staff member even got up early to help us with our bags at 4am when we left for the airport. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and had a great spa bath. It overlooked the water.

This place is worth the price, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. They also have a few friendly puppies and rabbits.

The breakfast provided for two people was 2 eggs, 1 sausage, and 1 fresh juice. We had to request more food since the quantity was insufficient. We were unsure whether this was a genuine oversight or if that is the quantity provided for all since they billed us for 2 breakfast- definitely was not enough food for 2.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful with providing recommendations. The view from the pool was stunning!

There isn't much going on outside of the hotel, so expect to stay in the hotel and eat meals etc in the hotel, which suited us as we wanted to relax, but might not suit others. The room itself and the terrace could use more maintenance as several things were not in working order.. The beach isn't really somewhere you would like to spend time on either with being a narrow beach and with the litter and things washed up.

The pool area in this hotel is absolutely stunning and the pool is well maintained. We really enjoyed our time round the pool and the view out to sea, being on the beach. The manager was very helpful as well. The view from the room was stunning as and we enjoyed relaxing at this property for a few days after a long trip to Sri Lanka

This hotel has the makings of a really nice boutique hotel, but needs to add including breakfast in their standard rates. The rooms, facilities, pool and garden are all nice. While the location is somewhat off, 8 km from central Negombo, diner is just a short TucTuc ride away.

We should have taken the offer to upgrade to a sea view ( our fault). Location doesn't appear to be widely known by the airport taxi or tuk tuks in the busier North Negombo area. We found it best to stress it was close to Jetwing Lagoon.

Quiet location but close to airport. Direct access to the. beach. Lovely pool and spacious surroundings. Friendly, helpful staff. All very welcome after long journey and arriving early hours. Friendly locals in this quiter area. Only 5 rooms. Tuk tuk ride to the busier Negombo beach area. Hotel organised our taxi to Colombo for the onward train to Kandy

It’s about 30mins by tuktuk to town, and drivers are reluctant to do it for a reasonable fee.

Not a great location (nothing around and 25 minutes tuk tuk into Negombo centre). The beach wasn’t safe for swimming.

The hosts were extremely accommodation in allowing us to use a room for the day after check out. Lovely swimming pool!
