We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

These appartement is a very convenient location to reach any shopping mall in Colombo. There are a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area to get any type of food. There was a gym in that apartment. We met a very friendly staff and they help us a lot

MaldivesThe main gate closes too early, and the only way to open it is by calling the watchman, who often falls asleep in his chair. Even food deliveries as early as 10 PM found the gate closed. The promised internet was a pre-paid top-up service that ran out daily, requiring frequent contact with the owner. We were also charged for these top-ups without any prior notice, which was very inconvenient.
I loved how clean and organised everything was. The interior, furniture, and amenities were nice too. However, the living room felt like an oven, it was really hot and dry. The outdoor smoking area had a couple of chairs, a small table, and an ashtray, but since we don't smoke, it wasn't much use to us. We tried sitting there to chat, but it was just way too hot.

New Zealandbrand new apartment with all the amenities. very clean and tidy, a lovely place to stay. we were really impressed. few steps away from shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarket. the covered car park was secure and easily accessible. the views from the rooftop seating and pool area were great, especially at sunset. great views over the city. we would definitely stay again. great value for the money. the host was awesome and so helpful.
