The room was cozy and comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. The service was excellent and always willing to help. I would also like to publicly thank the staff of the hostel because I forgot my prescription glasses and they did all the necessary arrangements to deliver them to me. Totally recommended place!

The Rezt is tucked away in a back lane and feels like miles from town, but is in fact only a 200m stroll away. It comprises a single cottage, and has a lovely rustic ambience and a cosy feel. Our hostess also runs a laundry service across the laneway, which is very convenient. Breakfast is served on the verandah, and is fresh and plentiful. Our hostess also arranged very reasonably priced transport for us to our next stop (Yala).

The Rezt was fabulous … really good location … just off one of the main streets, but away from the hubbub of Ella, so quite peaceful. Lovely big room; the host was brilliant … very helpful and responded straight away. Would definitely recommend!

The room and restroom are very spatious and clean and located in a quiet area that is super central. Breakfast was a treat, really good and filling. We also did our laundry there and tha service was flawless. Highly recommend!! 😃

The property is composed by 1 cottage only: the room is pretty big, with a comfortable bed and a very nice patio ONLY FOR YOU! Every morning, we were served by the owner a rich, homemade fresh breakfast at the time we wanted. The accommodation is located in a quite area, only a few minutes walking from the main bars/restaurants in Ella!

The humidity in the bungalow is quite high, but this seems to be a general issue in Ella due to the weather.

The Rezt offers you a cozy bungalow with a great private terrace all for yourself in a quiet area of Ella, yet close enough to the city center and Ella's attractions. The owners are lovely and will treat you with a lovely breakfast every morning.

By far the best place we stayed on our travels. Amazing, quiet setting just 5 minutes walk to the main town. A rare experience, but the actual accommodation was even better than the pictures on arrival. Attention to detail with the decor was excellent, and also we thought the first aid kit was a really nice touch. The ambiance in this setting was 10/10. Family run, the host lives just across the way. She is super friendly and offers a really reasonably priced laundry service. Every morning we had a beautiful breakfast brought across the road to us. We cannot recommend this place enough.

The location of this guesthouse is very convenient, all restaurants are walking distance. We could also walk directly to the little Adam’s peak and the nine arches bridges. The bed is comfortable and there is a mosquito net. Good place to stay and enjoy Ella, thank you!

there is no proper ventilation in the room so we needed to keep the doors open, you could feel the humidity. Not the greatest water pressure for the hot water but nothing that would stop me from staying here!

Lovely little guesthouse for a great price! we loved our stay here! It was clean, the bed really comfortable, it smelt nice, there was hot water and the lady who runs/owns it lives over the road so is available if you need anything. She brought us a delicious breakfast each morning and helped us sort out scooter hire.

great Homestay! you basically have your “own house” and it is very close to the city center, so you can simply walk in like 5 minutes. They also organized a scooter for us, which was very kind and helpful to explore the area! The breakfast was also very good! thanks for everything!

We had a great time and everything was perfect. The room was huge and more like an own little house with a fridge and nice terrace. The host family lives across the accomandation and helped us out with everything (also laundry) and served us breakfast on our terrace. it was delicious and located in a more quiet street but directly in the center 👍
