Great location few minutes with Tuk Tuk from center of Kandy. Tuk Tuk price bellow one dollar for the trip to center. Beautiful view from the whole hotel. Breakfast also very tasty

Not a nice ‘bar’ to sit at night.. pool is not as nice as the photos and the prices of food and drinks are really high. 1160 LKR for a fries and around 1700 LKR for a beer.

Very nice breakfast and nice spacious rooms with a good bed. Nice view from the rooms. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Location is a bit out of town, but with a pickme, you are there quickly.

There was an issue with the online booking. When I inquired about the prices there was high price for one double bed. And it was not sorted out. Extremely disappointed about the reservations manager as booking.com staff tried to explain the situation he did not bother provide a solution.

Hilltop hotel, so quiet and calm. Windy and so comfortable. Reception, Room, restaurant all have an awesome nature and hill view. Free from city hustle and bustle.

Service from the luggage/laundry attendant was exceptional - he is a very hardworking man who went out of his way to help us & was tipped well by us. So too was one of the waiters, who went out of his way to help.

1. Air con not working for 1.5 days of 2 day stay. 2. Ceiling fan stuck on high speed over bed, not at all comfortable. 3. TV not working properly. 4. No bar amenities but asked if we had used any bar items upon check out. 5. Food very ordinary. 6. Paid for most items at time of use, yet no receipt provided. At checkout, manager insisted items were unpaid. Checkout was a nightmare & took half an hour. 7. No food at onsite restaurant on day 2, so was advised to trek up the steep stairs to parent hotel Topaz for dinner & breakfast. 8. Was a battle to get simple toast, butter & jam as they wanted us to partake of buffet breakfast. We are light breakfast eaters & should not have to be pushed into something we did not want. 9. Money exchange very bad at this hotel. Paid Rs196 when morning rate was Rs211 for AUD. 10. Overall, we rate this a 2 star hotel & not one of our six group will return to this hotel or to Topaz. 11. Will have paid more to stay at another hotel if we had known the quality of this property. Could not wait to leave. 12. Reception staff stood at lobby door & would not lift a finger to help unload our bags. Apparently it was not their job. Such poor service.

We love the location, because it was not in the city centre so we could take a nice rest but at the same time it was around 10 minutes driving to city centre. We loved the staff, they were very helpful and nice! We loved the pool as well, and the outside area.

Room was very tired and dated, bathroom was not clean, location is almost impossible to get a taxi to and quite some ways out from the main attractions.

we expected a double big size bed and mattress, but it had big hall between 2 beads like 2 single mattress, 2 mattress very uncomfortable, they published in booking.com pictures were 2 properties locations, but actual location and looking was different. so be very careful to book like these properties.

Reception staff is not friendly, not even smiling. Not willing te help guests at all. In the 5 weeks i spend in Srilanka this is the first time i had this experience. Therefor checked out after 1 night. Prices of drinks and food insanely high. 1 cola and 2 beers over €11…. No real bar at the swimmingpool or hotel.

The rooms were not clean. The floor was not swept properly and it had lot of dust. Entertainment equipment such as DVD player were malfunctioning and we had to ask front desk to fix it. It took more than 30 mins for them to fix the issue with DVD player. I would expect those to be fixed in advance so that guests need not waste their time. Drainage line in wash basin in the washroom was clogged and it drained slowly. There was no hot water in the tap fixed to wash basin in the wash room. Washroom was not properly covered.

The room was spacious. Nice view of the mountains in Kandy could be seen via the windows. The breakfast was exceptional with variety of Asian as well as Western dishes. Ample vehicle parking slots were available. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
