We arrived in what looked like a small industrial zone and had to climb quite a few steps up to the hotel but the guys met us and carried our bags up. We were unfortunate to have people in the room above us playing TV at full volume until after midnight.

I liked the final location, on a hillside in the jungle. Room was very clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, hot water, minibar/fridge, big private veranda. Staff were friendly, brought meals to us and otherwise left us alone.

Everything was great, but if I had to mention one small thing, the pool water could have been a bit warmer.

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this beautifully designed mountain retreat. Tucked away in the hills, the hotel has a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere and stunning views all around. Our spacious and spotless room came with a balcony overlooking the valley—perfect for relaxing in the comfy hanging chairs. The pools and bars were great, and although there are a few steps to climb, it’s absolutely worth it. The staff go above and beyond—they carried our bags and were so kind and helpful that we joked they’d probably carry us up the stairs if they could! The outdoor activities arranged through the hotel were also well organized and a lot of fun. We’ll look back on our time here with nothing but great memories. Highly recommended!

The check in process needs to be a bit more professional and welcoming. Though we booked a mountain view the view was a bit underwhelming. The room floors were wooden, and the rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear the steps the noise of the people in the upper room and that was a bit disturbing. It would really help maintain the serene environment if the resort could kindly put up a notice reminding guests to avoid using speakers or making loud noise in common outdoor spaces or mention about that at the check in. This would help everyone enjoy the sounds of nature that make the place so special.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful nature resort. The surrounding was serene and beautiful, and the hotel is an example of eco-friendly architecture, thoughtfully constructed to preserve the surrounding environment while offering a perfect balance of comfort and sustainability. They offer quad bike rides and hikes, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quad bike ride. The staff was very nice and helpful. Had some issues with some guests being a bit loud and the staff handled it very nicely.

Manager absent due to emergency. New staff overwhelmed at breakfast. Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent but Western BK looked unappetizing.

Uniquely located on a forested slope. Beautifully furnished rooms with open views but try to get upper units for privacy. Thanks to Mr. Menake for his kind service and warm conversation.

The breakfast did not have a lot of options and the plates where wet. Other then that we had a great rest.

Very beautiful room and really kind staff who helped out a lot. They upgraded our room because we were really tired and had better rest there. They carried our bags because it was a little hike to get there. Very new property with lots of potential if they make it a bit more western.

The arrival experience wasn’t good: You enter the hotel via a light industrial complex. Walk up a steep and uneven stairs and past some construction work before arriving. The location isn’t good, but as I said- good for a stop on the way to somewhere else.

The accommodation set amongst the forest canopy was really nice. The room was very comfortable. Perfect for a one night stop on the way to somewhere else.

If you have a disability, this location is utterly inaccessible to you; at points you have to hike up unpaved steps above tree roots. My bathroom wasn’t clean. My cabin was apparently made of tin, as during nighttime rain, sleep was impossible from noise pollution. WiFi wasn’t usable.

This place is a guest-house vibe in a jungle location, set atop a hill-top. You are surrounded by greenery in a nicely kitted-out room with AC, fan and amenities. There is a single shared pool (not a private pool, as I’d understood from photos). Staff were friendly but seemed inexperienced and wore no uniform. Food was very good. My main host was a kind man.
