when you’re staying for a week the menu was a bit limited.

Excellent place to stay. Convenient location the beach being just a short ride or walk away. The staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble at any time. It was clean, modern with wonderful touches of Sri-Lanka dotted around the premises and the rooms. Just beautiful just like the stunning waterfall shower in the bathroom.

Very modern but cosy, fabulous detailing in the rooms with the waterfall shower and stone tiles. Comfortable bed with clean white sheets. Lovely private pool too; perfect for a quick dip before breakfast. Amazing staff couldn’t do enough to help in every way. With the tuktuk available to take us around . The owner came to make sure all was well too.

Beautiful boutique resort! Free Tuk Tuk service anywhere helped to offset the slightly out of the way location…. Could be anywhere in 5-10 min by Tuk. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Attractive outdoor Lounge area and pool. Place is less than 3 years old…. Everything like new… amazing large indoor/outdoor shower

We loved the relaxing and peaceful vibe of the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and always greeted us with the biggest smiles. We stayed for two nights, which was just enough time to explore the city and enjoy the swimming pool. Breakfast was great, with both European and Sri Lankan options available. We ended up ordering lunch at the hotel too, since we were feeling a bit lazy to go out and it did not disappoint! I asked for a Sri Lankan-style potato curry (off the menu), and it was absolutely out of this world. A great spot for families as well. Highly recommended!

This was hands down the best hotel we stayed during our Sri Lanka trip! It's a charming little resort with 5 or 6 villa styled rooms, which gives it a very private and peaceful vibes. The open air bathroom was a standout feature. The shower was designed so beautifully that it genuinely felt like showering under a waterfall. The pool at the property was large, clean, and very well maintained. Honestly, there’s absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this property. Everything from the design to the service was exceptional. Highly, highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing everything was amazing!

Absolutely everything this place was the best in every way. Beautiful facilities and room. Beautiful and helpful people who are happy to help whenever and for whatever than can. The food is beautiful and tasty and at a good price. We were able to stay for a few more hours in our room at a little cost as we were flying out at midnight. They offered to take us to town and the beach whenever we wanted in their tuk tuk for free. Sad to leave this beautiful place.

We had an amazing stay here. The property is beautiful, very relaxing. Extremely clean and beautiful design. The breakfast was ten out of ten. They will cook you whatever you like. The staff were unbelievable. Went above and beyond to help. They drop you wherever you want and the tuk tuk rides add to the fun. We would walk back from the beach and would take around 20 mins. They arranged a number of trips for us and made our stay completely stress free.We stayed here for five nights, a family of five in two chalets and can honestly say we would not be leaving if we hadn’t already paid for our second hotel. Our time here has been exceptional and we are sad to leave.

There are not enough words to describe how this place is wonderful. Starting from serene location, great ambience to unbelievable staff. Food is great also, guys are super flexible and they will do their best to prepare something even if it’s not on the menu. Free tuk tuk rides to the beach are also amazing. Special thanks to Kavindu and Neel for being amazing. P.S they have a newly opened restaurant White Tree so definitely check it out! I am definitely coming back next vacation.

There is nothing not to like

This is the coolest gem of a place to stay for A few days! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They would run you here and there in the Tuk Tuk at mo charge. The food was wonderful and the accommodation was so clean, modern and the bathroom is to die for👌 Just book it you’ll not be disappointed, if our give it 11/10 I would!

One of the best stays in my life. The place is so tranqil, staff helpful, rooms clean, beds and pillows so comfortable, breakfast nice, food very good, great pool. You have a free tuktuk to get you in the city or to the beach. The rooms also smells good and everything was in a great condition and the bathroom was an experience by itself. You are kind of connected with the nature as there are real plants growing on the ground and it rains a bit inside the shower, which has something like waterfall. Really well done. Thank you.

Many mosquitoes by pool/dining area in early evening. Would benefit from incense/burning mosquito coils in the evening like other places we had previously stayed. We ordered the pancake platter for breakfast but found the pancakes to be too undercooked for our liking so requested Neil to swap this for toast the following morning which we enjoyed.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Both AC and fan in room. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Quiet area for a good sleep. Hot water in shower in evenings but cooler in morning but this wasn't a problem as the bathroom has an outdoor feel so was warm anyway. Good lighting in rooms. Mosquito repellent plug-in provided in room. Neil (manager) was friendly and helpful. Accommodation provided free Tuk-tuk service to drop you to beach. You could message them/call to pick you up. However, we walked back (about 20 minute walk). Complementary water provided daily. We asked for hot oats for breakfast and enjoyed it. The fruit platter and fresh mango juice was tasty. Nice pool area with sun loungers. However, no umbrellas for shade but this was fine for us as we went for a swim after peak afternoon sun.

Nothing at the hotel. My only complaint is with booking.com The booking advised to pay in US dollars. I therefore pre loaded my travel card with us dollars. It was only after I paid that I found they don't accept dollars and was then charged a fee of $52.40. Had I known this I would have taken more cash or used my zero card with no fees. Very disappointed with booking.com.

Excellent choice of breakfast. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Really appreciated the free tuktuk rides.

The only thing was the TV didn't work and although we had asked about it and the staff seemed to be sorting it out, nothing was mentioned in the end and as we were only staying for 2 nights it didn't seem worth asking them again to sort it out on day 2.

Rooms were clean and big, lovely light bathroom. Great food with large potions. Very quiet location.
