住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容
- 垃圾邮件和虚假内容
- 虐待动物
- 假冒/仿冒（如：假冒他人写评论）
- 任何违反我们点评指南的内容。
为了确保点评的相关性，我们可能只接受退房后3个月内提交的点评，如果所示点评超过36个月，或者住宿发生所有权变更，我们可能会停止显示相关点评。
住宿可选择对点评做出回应。
如果您看到有多个点评，最新的点评会显示在最顶部，但也取决于其他几个因素（例如点评采用的语言、点评仅有评分还是也包括评论等）。您还可以按需对点评进行排序和/或筛选（例如按照一年中的时间、点评评分等）。
我们有时会展示来自其他知名旅行网站的外部评分。如有，我们将明确说明。
用户点评的规范及准则

尊重他人隐私。Booking.com会隐藏任何电子邮箱地址、电话号码、网站地址、社交媒体帐号等类似个人信息。

真实点评打扫得很干净，员工会给与帮助，比如说给热水什么的。
也许是一楼的原因，虫子很多，在床上也发现了几个，导致没有睡好。
The Villa is situated very close to the Yala National Park and it is surrounded by nature and wildlife. Hence there can be wildlife around the bungalow. You need to keep the doors of the rooms closed all the time .

The Villa is built to cater to the Wild life with nature all around the Villa. The guests who stays at the Villa will appreciate the Yala surroundings with peace and tranquility.

真实点评晚餐好吃 总体不贵 招待的爷爷和小哥人都不错 定的Safari也不错
灯暗 隔音差，晚上门外有个女的在发疯搞得我妈大半夜没睡着 虽然我睡着了，可能需要一个能屏蔽门外的坚强心

真实点评1.位置非常好！滿分💯2.民宿配合的safari司機非常專業，熟悉獵豹及各種動物的習性，非常佩服他，他也會很主動提醒我們各種細節，為我們著想，此行我們看到兩隻獵豹，其中一隻還從我們的吉普車前經過，真是難忘的經驗！3.民宿的男接待員（一位長者）雖然似乎不是很會說英語，但很盡心的照顧我們。另一位年輕的男員工也相當積極盡責，服務態度相當好。4.我們雖然預定三人房，但幫我們升級到五人房，位置寬敞，熱水、空調和吹風機都正常使用。5.用餐前剛好碰上鹿群也在喝水，感謝男員工很熱心告知我們。住在野外，優點就是跟動物零距離，當晚就看到了水牛群、野生鹿群、孔雀，這是在飯店不會有的體驗。6.晚餐相當豐盛，特別是份量十足，我們兩位用餐，但幾乎給了我們四人份，且味道也很好。
1.洗手台有幾隻小蟲（螞蟻？），但畢竟住宿點在野外，我們認為合理，也不影響住宿。 2.用餐的桌上剛抵達時有蒼蠅，但接近傍晚，蒼蠅都不見了，我們實際上用晚餐時是幾乎沒有蒼蠅的。我們在斯里蘭卡十幾天來，幾乎每一家餐廳或飯店多少都有蒼蠅，因此我們見怪不怪。

It was a pleasure hosting Yu and happy they enjoyed the food. The bungalow is situated near the Yala park where animals roam freely...There can be ants in the rooms on and off..Sometimes the guests have food in the rooms which we discourage.
