Some of the staff struggle with English. Rough see with underwater current in front of the property. Be careful when you swim there.

Stayed in a family suit. Spacious, clean room with a terrific sea view. Delicious breakfast and food in a beach restaurant. Located in the nice part of Hikkaduwa, a lot of cafes and shops right outside of the property. Nice owner who helps guests and overseas property personally.

The road in front of the hotel is busy. There are many TUK TUKs and old buses that cause smog. Inside we didn't realize anything about this, so it's OK.

We felt like we were in paradise! :) The BAR is at the end of the garden, we had breakfast every day while the Indian Ocean washed our feet. All our requests were fulfilled immediately. It's good to know that room cleaning, water supply, and new towels are done on request, but willingly and promptly :) They provided useful information about the services available in the area.

This is the best hotel in Hikkaduwa, this is our second time here and we will come again. Clean, nice, great manager who will help with any of your requests! I recommend everything!!

Nothing that I would consider unexpected. This is not a 5 star luxury resort, so don't expect facilities like that, but in terms of atitute and attention to guest it was like luxury hotel.

Great location, staff super helpful. We arrived in middle of the evening with 2 sleepy kids, they were waiting for us, pushed our bags to the room, in 4min we were all in bed sleeping.

The offered room (junior suite) mentions sea views but doesn't have one. Only from the bathroom via the heigh window and very small side partial sea view from the balcony. Extra 10% credit costs charged on top of the 10% already service costs included via booking.

Location in front of surf spot, very helpfull and friendly staff, manager/owner always available, location surrounded with shops and restaurants by foot. Availability of sunbeds and dining tables on the beach.

There was nothing we didn't like, every was perfect.

Villa Paradise is a lovely little boutique hotel, the staff were extremely accommodating and Buddike was very helpful, sorting out a tour for us and making us feel at home. We would definitely like to come back and stay again.

Very nice hotel right beside the beach with an onsite restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful and overall it is a perfect place to stay right at the beach. Also the hotel is located in more quiet area of Hikkaduwa but many shops and restaurants are very close.

Wifi is a little patchy, but that is only a slight issue!

Fantástic stay here, location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach and well positioned to see and do everything you would want to do in Hikkaduwa. Airport transfers were handled perfectly, and staff are really nice guys, and were extremely accomodating with any requests I had. Rooms were large, clean, comfortable and very quiet at night. The hotel bar/dining area is right on the sea, with lovely views morning and night. I totally recommend this hotel for your stay! Thanks again Indika!
