While the surrounding area reflects the historical character of the city, we understand that preferences vary and apologize if this did not meet your expectations. Room and Service: You booked a suite, one of our most requested room types, which includes amenities and services designed for comfort. We regret that you felt dissatisfied despite this. Our team is always available to address concerns during the stay and would have appreciated the opportunity to assist you then. Breakfast and Staff: We offer a continental and local breakfast buffet and strive to accommodate diverse tastes. Our reception team is trained to provide information on tours and services, never to pressure guests. We are sorry if their assistance was misinterpreted. Refund and Early Departure: The reservation was made under a non-refundable policy. While we tried our best to support your change in plans, we were unable to override this condition. Your early checkout was respected without penalty beyond the policy terms. Bathrobe Concern: After checkout, our housekeeping team noted a missing item. As standard practice, we contacted you to clarify. There was no accusation—simply a request for information. We closed the matter once clarified.
