The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Always helpful, breakfast is very good and the location is great, close to a shopping mall where you can find whatever you are looking for. Taxis are available all the time. The place to stay in Maseru.

The toilet sit was jiggly not mounted. No mirror in the bathroom and no bar fridge which made it a challange.

Jate Guest house was easy to find. Thought I had no network connection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Their rooms are clean everytime we go out on our return we came back to a fresh cleaned room.

The location is a little find after dark, and there is no sign on the building so you need to have phone signal to make contact and find the correct place (or knock on the doors of random houses).

The internet connectivity was not so good. The management for the guest house may need to invest in improving internet connectivity and also install a proper heating system.

The break fast was fine and the location met my requirements since it was closer to my workshop venue. I also liked the hospitality which was accorded by the staff.

I loved everything!

It was amazing!! I really enjoyed my stay in Jate, would have stayed longer definitely! Lovely people.. I’ve got a heater for my room, kettle with coffee tea, modem to get internet. The room had hot water, was amazingly clean! So comfortable. And the breakfast.. it comes with hot meal and also buffet with sandwiches and cereals. Awesome!!

I doubt that many people know of this beautiful place. The place is stunning, really clean and has all the necessary things to make one comfortable. The friendliness of staff exceeds expectations. The meals are well presented and delicious. Nice variety. Breakfast was really good. The location is the best. Few minutes drive from city. walking distance to shopping mall. This guesthouse is surrounded by mountains with beautiful views from the balcony. Tranquil and peaceful. Good wifi and staff really pleasant and accomodating. really pleasant stay.

Unfortunately there is an electricity prepayment meter in the room and when it goes below a certain level it starts beeping every minute or so until it is topped up. This started happening at 11pm and went through the night :( Was a small blip in an otherwise great stay. Maybe just check when you check-in the meter is well loaded so you won't have any unexpected beeping sounds at night!

This was a great value find in Maseru. The owner was very communicative on WhatsApp, and very flexible about my early departure. Hot water, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and tea and coffee in the room were much appreciated.
