Getting there was a mission, the address isn’t right. And I booked but when I got there, their rooms were full. What’s the point of booking if they allow other people to take your space?

Friendly staff and very good breakfast

The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Always helpful, breakfast is very good and the location is great, close to a shopping mall where you can find whatever you are looking for. Taxis are available all the time. The place to stay in Maseru.

The daily breakfast was excellent. The portions were substantial and the menu was varied. The management was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The configuration of the rooms need to be changed, TV is too high and you can't watch it because there in comfortable couch/chair and you can't lie on the bed with your back against the wall, There are no pedestals on both sides to put your phones and portable belongings and there is no electric plug next to the kettle, No option to take a shower only bath is available, those little details goes a long way to make one comfortable. Last but not least(suggestion), It's easier to get a remote controlled gate and give your guests a remote so that when they return late at night they don't have to wait for a gate man to open.

The host was very kind. She ensured I was comfortable. She booked my transport to the airport and the cultural village.

The environment is homely, almost personalized service, very friendly staff going out of their way to ensure comfort!

The overall ambience, well I brought 1 issue to their attention, it’s really a local authority problem but they must attend to it like yesterday!

Lack of variety of intertainment in doors

Jate Guest house was easy to find. Thought I had no network connection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Their rooms are clean everytime we go out on our return we came back to a fresh cleaned room.

The toilet sit was jiggly not mounted. No mirror in the bathroom and no bar fridge which made it a challange.

Very clean, comfortable, decent breakfast included and good value for money. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

The location is a little find after dark, and there is no sign on the building so you need to have phone signal to make contact and find the correct place (or knock on the doors of random houses).
